The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wednesday, May 6 - Bill & Katie Get Married - Eric’s Unhappy About Wedding Reception

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, May 6, tease that this special encore episode will show the beautiful 2009 wedding of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) in the San Fernando Valley. The episode originally aired on November 13, 2009.

The episode will begin with Thorne Forrester (Winsor Harmon) dropping by the Forrester mansion, noting that it looks like Eric Forrester (John McCook) will be hosting a wedding reception. Eric will note that Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis) is the one hosting the reception, not him.

Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery), who will also be at the mansion, will think that Donna should be supporting Eric rather than hosting a reception for Bill. As Eric, Stephanie, and Thorne talk, Thorne will learn that Stephanie wasn’t invited to the ceremony, which is being held in a public park that is near the San Fernando Valley where Katie grew up.

Stephanie will snark that with all of Bill’s money, he’s getting married in a public park in the Valley, but she’ll note that she’s always liked Katie. Stephanie will even tell Thorne that he missed out on a great opportunity for romance with Katie, although Eric still won’t be too fond of her.

But Stephanie will defend Katie, saying that they should all assume that Bill had led Katie astray. Stephanie will hope that Katie’s wedding day will be a good one for her and her family, and the three Forresters will toast to that.

Meanwhile, in the park, Katie’s father Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) will walk her down the aisle, and when they reach Bill at the altar, Bill will say that Katie takes his breath away.

The officiant will start the ceremony, noting that they were near the home where Katie had grown up feeling isolated, alone, and sad. But the officiant will say that because of Katie’s love for Bill, she was turning sadness into joy.

Next, Bill’s sister Karen Spencer (Joanna Johnson) will speak and read a poem, noting that Katie has done something that she’d never seen another woman do, which is to put a smile on Bill’s face. Stephen will speak next, and he’ll talk about Katie’s childhood a bit, before saying that Bill would treasure Katie in the way she deserved to be treasured.

Stephen will tell Katie how much he loves her, and he’ll note how grateful he is that his family has forgiven him for leaving them years before. Katie and Stephen will embrace, then Katie and Bill will exchange rings, then vows.

During the vows, Katie will tell Bill that he has showed her all the possibilities that life has to offer, and she’ll say that she never imagined that a tough guy like Bill could add so much love into her life. Katie will say that she loves Bill just as much for his flaws as she does for his honesty, loyalty, and strength.

Bill will say his vows next, saying that never felt overwhelmed by anyone until he met Katie, and that she was strong, complex, and dynamic. Bill will thank Katie for adding so much to his life and for making him want to be part of a family. Finally, Bill will promise to love Katie until he dies.

The officiant will then pronounce Bill and Katie husband and wife, as the crowd cheers. Bill and Katie will celebrate with their family and friends, then drive away in Beth Logan’s (Robin Riker) restored convertible.
