The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) redemption is possible, but it’ll take some hard work. Of course, Adam might sink even lower before that redemption happens! Since Adam killed AJ Montalvo as a kid and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) kept it quiet for decades, Adam could spin out even more than usual – at least once he remembers and admits it’s true.
However, Adam will surely settle down at some point and find a way forward. Although Adam may always be a bit of a bad boy, The Young and the Restless will likely tone down that side of him for a while. We may see a more vulnerable Adam who needs opportunities to make amends.
That’d be a great strategy for Y&R to redeem Adam in the months ahead.
There’s one opportunity in particular to consider – and it involves the birth of Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) baby. Y&R fans know Chloe still has a bun in the oven, so she’ll eventually need to pop that bun out!
If The Young and the Restless takes the usual soapy route of a difficult birth outside a hospital, Chloe may find herself stranded and desperate.
Who will deliver Chloe’s bundle of joy? Could it be Adam? Just imagine fate throwing Chloe and Adam together right before Chloe goes into labor. Maybe Adam and Chloe could get trapped somewhere with no way out – kind of like when Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) got stuck behind a locked door at Newman Enterprises.
Although Chloe’s been trying to get along with Adam for Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) sake, Adam’s never going to be Chloe’s favorite person. Chloe’s tried to kill Adam on more than one occasion, but she did end up rescuing Adam when Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) tried to run him down.
Later, Chloe insisted that Adam owed her – so here’s Adam’s chance to repay the favor!
After Adam accidentally killed Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono), the loss changed Chloe’s life forever. It’d be rather poetic for Adam to deliver Chloe’s son and make sure he’s safely in the world. Could this be a nice step on Adam’s journey to redemption? Do you think Adam will deliver Chloe’s baby?
