The Young and the Restless spoilers document that summer love can be fleeting, or over in Genoa City, Wisconsin. Y&R fans are anxiously awaiting the return of new episodes, while they watch classic moments play into July.
Viewers last saw new scenes in April. There were a number of couples that were doing fine at that time. Here’s brief glimpse at would could happen when fresh shows are broadcast, which hopefully happens in August.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Summer & Kyle Appear To Be Strong
Summer Newman (Hunter King) just reunited with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). However, this on-again, off-again couple doesn’t have a smooth history.
It might not take another person turning the head of either person for Skyle to break again. The lovey-dovey duo was in a good space when they were last seen. But Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) loom as examples of what could happen to Summer and Kyle, even considering that Calle and Johnson are believed to no longer be regular cast members.
While Y&R appears to have rewritten Skyle for the long haul, savvy viewers wouldn’t be surprised if Summer’s interest wanes, or Kyle realizes he made a major mistake in ending Kola.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chance & Abby Haven’t Formalized Their Romance
There’s no doubt that Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) have chemistry. This emerging couple bonded and appeared to be heading toward engagement, possibly by Christmas.
But Chance’s legal issues, stemming from Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) self-defense murder in Las Vegas, Nevada, could put a serious cramp in Chabs plans.
The possibility of Chance and Adam being arrested is very real. Chance, in particular, was working for the authorities when he knowingly chose not to report another person’s death. That’s a crime, along with then overlooking how Adam handled what’s happened since. So a stay in prison would surely test the strength of Chance’s relationship with Abby.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon & Rey Reach A Crossroad
It would be predictable if the writing staff has Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) formalize their relationship in the near future. Sharon’s cancer surgery will be addressed as soon as new episodes return because it was scheduled for the next day when the last show was broadcast.
If Sharon’s health crisis extends for a period of time it would seem unusual to see Shey break, as Rey’s been fully supportive. But if Sharon beats cancer, then the next major plot point between these characters would be Shey’s status.
Avoiding the assumed creates compelling drama. So, having Sharon and Rey split shortly after she defeats cancer would be mostly unexpected and therefore intriguing.
