The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) may soon have a reason to turn against Summer Newman (Hunter King). Y&R fans know Lola tried to take the high road after Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) left her over his lingering love for Summer.
It was a tough blow, especially after Kyle hopped back in bed with Summer so fast, but Lola didn’t see the need in being catty about it.
As far as Lola’s concerned, she’s all about focusing on the future and fulfilling her dreams. However, Lola’s patience may eventually wear thin – and her kindness may run out! Even caring people can be pushed to their breaking point.
Summer just so happens to have a knack for riling up other GC residents, so Lola may be next in line to blast Kyle’s girlfriend.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Summer will fall back into old habits for an upcoming storyline. Kyle’s relationship with Summer will end up pretty strained due to Summer’s mischievous behavior.
Lola and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will also be part of this story, so it’s reasonable to assume Summer’s mischief might affect their budding romance.
Since Summer still doesn’t find Theo trustworthy, she might do something to cause a setback for Theo and Lola. Summer might justify it as something she’s doing for Lola’s own good, but you can bet Kyle, Theo and Lola wouldn’t see it that way.
However, let’s concentrate on Lola’s reaction here. It’s safe to say Lola would be furious over Summer meddling in her new relationship.
Lola would have every right to lash out under the circumstances. Summer may be sorry that Lola got hurt over the “Skyle” reunion, but she certainly isn’t sorry it happened. It’s what Summer wanted all along.
That’s fine since Kyle couldn’t give Lola the love she deserved, but the least Summer could do would be to back off and let Lola live her life.
Whether that life includes Theo or any other man, it’s none of Summer’s business. There’s a good chance Lola will remind Summer of that if Summer targets Lola’s new relationship. Lola may decide she’s been far too passive when it comes to Summer and all her drama.
This could be Lola’s opportunity to show off her fierce side and force Summer to mind her own business out. Summer already stole Kyle back, so Lola may warn her to leave Theo alone! If Lola wants to date Theo, then that’s her choice.
