The Young and the Restless Spoilers Next 2 Weeks: Troublemaker Summer – Adam Turns to Sharon – Amanda’s Shocker

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some great Genoa City action’s coming up. During the week of August 10-14, Y&R will kick things off with a rededication to Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper).

That’ll bring some reflections from important people in GC along with some clashing between Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

Billy will also get an earful from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) about his ambush on the Newman family. Victor will make it clear that Billy needs to back off, but you can bet Billy won’t heed that warning.

Next, Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will bicker about a possible hire at Chancellor Communications. Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) could score himself a new job if they can get on the same page.

Over with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), she’ll be furious over Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) latest attempt to wreck her hotel plans. As for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), she’ll have to make some life adjustments following her recent surgery.

Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will reel Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) in and then throw him right back. Nate will be baffled when Amanda surprises him at work and flirts before pumping the brakes on their romance.

Meanwhile, Summer Newman (Hunter King) will make her true feelings known. Summer will choose to be honest about her view of Phyllis and Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) relationship. That probably means telling Phyllis to her face that this “Phick” reunion is going to end in disaster!

Over with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), she argues with Victor about whether his Kansas story is true. Victor eventually admits there’s someone who can corroborate his story. Y&R fans can expect Chelsea to put her problems with Victor aside – at least for now. Victor and Chelsea will want to come together for Adam’s sake.

Adam’s definitely going to need some support, especially after his search for clues proves pointless. There’s no way Adam can prove he didn’t kill AJ Montalvo as a kid – and that’s because he did.

Adam will ultimately wind up seeking out Sharon. After Adam pleads for help, will Sharon agree? Will Sharon finally divulge her breast cancer fight, too?

Some gripping “Shadam” scenes are ahead, but let’s talk about Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and his concerns about fatherhood. Kevin already has a daughter, but he’s about to have a son.

Parenting a boy isn’t really in Kevin’s wheelhouse, so he’s a bit nervous – especially since his own father didn’t set a good example. Fortunately, Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) will have some fantastic advice.

Across town, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will rile up Victor with some parenting advice of his own. Back at the Abbott mansion, Jack will reveal a strange incident to Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) mention of something or someone called “Bixley” will leave the Abbotts perplexed.

This will lead to a trip down memory lane for the Abbotts. Since Dina can’t go, they’ll have to go for her! Over with Devon Hamlton (Bryton James), he’ll enjoy some close moments with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy).

However, Devon will end up connecting with Amanda later as well. Y&R’s moving Elena, Devon, Nate and Amanda into an interesting love quad situation, so expect some twists and turns.

As the Newman clan’s conflict spirals out of control, Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) push for peace will fail. In fact, it looks like Nikki will make matters even worse!

As for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), she’ll pay Billy a visit at Chance Comm and offer updates on the story she told him. Billy will be quite interested once he hears there’s a new version of events.

During the week of August 17-21, Jack will dig for answers with Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland). They’ll wind up on a mission to find a keepsake, which Dina was fond of when she was young and in love with John Abbott (Jerry Douglas).

As for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), she’s got a tough blow coming up. After the setback that’s ahead for Sharon, she’ll have to rely on the strength of her nearest and dearest.

Back with Adam, he’ll be combative and may remain reluctant to accept Victor’s story. What could finally convince Adam that it’s true? Will Adam’s traumatic memories finally come back to him?

In the meantime, Billy and Victoria may go public with the story of Adam the boy killer. Adam was only protecting his mom, Hope Wilson (last played by Beth Toussaint), but the media won’t portray it that way. Chancellor Communications certainly won’t make Adam out to be a hero! Billy’s bound to stir up trouble for himself with Lily soon enough.

Of course, the rivalry between Adam and Billy will also explode once again. Adam’s probably going to channel all his pain into anger – presumably toward Victor, Billy and Victoria. Unfortunately, Chelsea’s going to get caught in the crossfire and that could mean bad news for “Chadam.”

Y&R fans will catch up with Theo, Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) as well as sneaky Summer. Kyle and Summer’s relationship may be fine for now, but it won’t be once Summer starts plotting! Summer’s set to engage in some terrible behavior, so we should see the first rumblings of it soon.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say some terrific storylines will be front and center, so don’t miss the next two weeks! CDL’s your number one source for The Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news you need, so be sure to pop back in often.
