The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) arrival in Genoa City, Wisconsin, represents the latest crossover between Y&R and The Bold and the Beautiful. Hope’s electric character is set to shake up the status quo.
As fans know, Summer Newman (Hunter King) recently decided that she wasn’t ready to remarry Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). The way she went about her decision and the subsequent fallout between them has impacted Skyle fans, who were rightfully believing that the couple they love was finally back together.
But B&B fans, along with Y&R viewers who watch both shows, know that Sally has the capacity to cause Kyle’s focus to shift dramatically.

Kyle met Summer at Chancellor Park. While King’s character was leaning toward smoothing matters over, Kyle already decided to move on. He’s tired of Summer’s perceived games.
The past few years have been a blur for Kyle, who initially didn’t want anything to do with Summer when she literally sped back into town in the sports car she stole from a former boyfriend. However, old feelings were provoked and a seeming reunion took hold.
The path from the recent past to now has been fully tumultuous and Kyle is simply worn out.

Lying to their families about a business trip, while intending to elope, isn’t something mature adults do. So, Summer’s anxious feelings, which caused her to return to GC ahead of Kyle, were justified.
Summer took control of a situation that represented what would have been a bad choice. Choosing to critique how she handled it misses the main point, as getting remarried, in what would have been the couple’s first legitimate union, ranks with the most major life steps.
Yes, Summer had existing concerns about Kyle’s feelings for Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and paying a Society waiter to spy on them was a bit much. But Summer wanted to be sure that Kyle was over Lola and that a commitment to him made sense.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Will Establish Ties
Buzz indicates that Sally will have her fashion skills tapped by Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman). So, Hope’s character will gain meaningful employment and be able to take care of herself after the move from Los Angeles, California.
As for her personal life, a badly failed relationship with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) has left Sally somewhat hesitant. She’ll have caution in her mind as she meets potential new romantic partners. But Sally will find Kyle will be hard to resist, regardless of who pursues who, which also projects the current end of Skyle.
