The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Summer Newman (Hunter King) will spend some time with her loved ones this Thanksgiving, so she may get some good advice. There’ll be time to catch up with everyone at a gathering or two, which means Summer may hear some guidance that prompts a change of heart.
Y&R fans can indeed expect Summer to change her mind about something on November 25, which is when the Thanksgiving episode will air. Obviously, that’s not the kind of day for Summer to make any kind of bold, negative move in her life.
Thanksgiving is when Y&R will want to offer some uplifting moments and swing things toward the positive.
With that in mind, could Summer give Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) something to be especially grateful for this year? The Young and the Restless fans know Summer and Kyle recently had hashed things out and reaffirmed their love for each other.
However, Summer told Kyle she still needed some time – and he assured Summer she could have all the time she needed.
Since Summer’s going to change her mind in the week ahead, perhaps Summer will get sick of waiting for some sign that she can trust this. Summer has to decide whether she’s in or out – either she trusts Kyle or she doesn’t.
Maybe Summer will determine that there’s no point in holding back or delaying a full-blown reunion when Kyle is the man she loves.
Life is short, so Summer may shove her fears aside and just go for it with Kyle. Their engagement may soon be back on if Summer’s willing to commit again. Summer and Kyle could at least make love to seal that this relationship is completely back on track.
Kyle would certainly be delighted by a Thanksgiving surprise like that.
Of course, Summer and Kyle’s bright new chapter may not be so bright if Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) makes a mess of things! Now that we’ve got a wildcard like Sally on canvas, anything can happen.
