The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is gearing up for a major war with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). They’ve already laid the groundwork for it through Billy’s decision to break Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) heart and leave his family.
Since Victor forgave Billy for trying to run down Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), it left him even more furious.
Of course, Victor has also provided bogus proof of Billy’s affair with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). He assured Victoria that they visited a motel repeatedly and offered receipts to back it up. Billy and Amanda never crossed that line, so Billy knows this has Victor written all over it.
Amanda sent Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes) packing, but his stint hasn’t concluded yet. In fact, Ripley’s about to cause some violent trouble following Victor’s upcoming gala. Y&R updates and news point to Victoria possibly being stabbed, although the exact nature of the attack hasn’t been confirmed.
Regardless, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will be seriously injured and hospitalized as a result of this incident. Ripley will be at fault, but Victor will think Billy bears just as much responsibility in this.
Naturally, Billy would never intentionally hurt Victoria. Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) will focus on the Ripley angle, so Victor will probably have to deal with Billy himself. It’s doubtful there’ll be any legal way for Victor to go after Billy, so he’ll just have to do it the good old-fashioned way with soapy threats!
Y&R fans can expect a heated confrontation at some point. Victor will surely want to get in Billy’s face and blame him for Victoria’s awful crisis. He may insist that his daughter could’ve died because of Billy, but will Billy be able to turn the tables? I
f Victor’s affair proof somehow becomes a factor in provoking the attack, Billy could argue that Victor himself is to blame along with Ripley.
Whatever the case, Victor isn’t going to care what Billy thinks or listen to a word out of his mouth. He’ll be riled up and ready to take action. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will deliver a fierce ultimatum. It seems likely Billy will be on the receiving end of it.
Victor may insist that Billy needs to cut all ties with Amanda if he ever expects to see his children again. Since Victor is a powerful man with many connections, he’s certainly capable of making sure the court rules in his favor.
However, Billy cares about Amanda and may not be willing to listen to Victor’s demands. He’s got a new attitude these days and refuses to let anyone tell him what to do.
