The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of July 13-17 teases that it’s “Family Week” – the Baldwin-Fisher family to be exact! Y&R will deliver five great classics that are all about this crazy, complicated fam. Here’s what’s ahead according to Young and the Restless spoilers.
In Monday’s 2003 encore, Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) goes to Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) for legal help, but Michael thinks Kevin needs to own up to his action.
Things take a heated turn after Kevin admits his young girlfriend is Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Kevin pushes Michael to give him money, but Michael shoves Kevin out and slams the door!
Tuesday’s 2005 classic brings a confession from Gloria Abbott (Judith Chapman), who admits she paid two men to pose as her sons. Gloria didn’t want John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) to know who her real sons were.
After Gloria suggests that John already knows them, Kevin shows up at the door. John tells Kevin to get lost, but Gloria declares that’s her son John’s talking to.
On Wednesday’s 2008 show, Kevin marries Jana Hawkes (Emily O’Brien) in Malibu – and the guru performing the ceremony just so happens to be Michael’s long-lost father, Lowell Baldwin aka “River” (Michael Gross). “You’re my father,” Michael says in Y&R’s weekly preview video. “I don’t know you,” Lowell replies.
Michael rants and wonders if Lowell ever cared at all, but Lowell decides they’re strangers despite the flesh and blood they share. It’s a painful encounter, but it gives Michael a sense of closure.
Thursday’s 2006 episode features Gloria wrestling with the aftermath of tainted moisturizer cream. “Someone may be dead because of me,” a shaken Gloria says before Kevin embraces her.
On Friday’s 2016 encore, Gloria pops out of a Christmas present box after coming home for the holidays. Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) clashes with Gloria, who runs down the list of Chloe’s insane behavior.
Gloria sarcastically suggests it’s every mother’s dream to see her son with a lunatic! Although Gloria eventually backs off, she points out that she’ll be watching Chloe.
