The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) have a big day coming up. Y&R fans know Adam recently proposed to Chelsea at the Newman Enterprises gala. It was a sweet moment, especially since the whole night turned violent and chaotic later. “Chadam’s” engagement was a nice bright spot.
Now that Adam and Chelsea are on their way to being Mr. and Mrs. Adam Newman again, that means it’s time for some wedding planning. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will be excited to make Adam her husband again.
Despite all the craziness they’ve faced, part of Chelsea has always still been Adam’s wife. This is about making it official one more time and celebrating their deep love.
Y&R spoilers say there’ll be some obstacles on this path forward. For starters, Adam will remain a bit disconnected from his family. That’s something Adam’s trying to change and will continue to work on, but it could lead to more conflict and Newman family issues.

Chloe may even try to a scheme or two to make sure it doesn’t happen, but Chelsea won’t let Chloe thwart her plans for happiness.
Of course, this Vegas drama could come back to bite Adam if Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) gets nasty or that widow shows up. There hasn’t been any closure with that mess, so Adam could face another round of mayhem as a result. It’s definitely a situation to keep an eye on, but there’s a good chance Adam and Chelsea will tie the knot eventually – even if it takes them multiple tries!
From there, many Young and the Restless fans may be wondering what’s next for “Chadam.” Once Chelsea and Adam are happily married, what will their next story involve?
They have an adorable family with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and Oliver the cat, but should they complete it with a baby? That’s one route Y&R writers could take. It might be fun to see Adam and Chelsea expand their family.
Even if they didn’t plan it, a surprise bundle of joy would work just as well. It’s a logical next story step if this wedding pans out, so “Chadam” supporters will be eager to see how it goes.
