Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will take a New Orleans getaway, which will bring a romantic escape and a shocking mystery for the reunited couple. In a new five-episode limited series that’ll be featured on Peacock, Days will weave several clusters of characters together for a fun storyline that’ll bring intrigue, danger and more!
DOOL fans know Ben just took drastic action to stop Ciara from marrying Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), so that meant kidnapping Ciara on her wedding day. Ciara obviously wasn’t pleased to see Ben posing as her driver, but she’ll change her mind soon enough.
It won’t be long until Ciara’s memories come rushing back – no doubt once she returns to the cabin that Ben’s taking her to.
That’s the place where Ben and Ciara’s love story began, so it’s fitting that it’ll be the place where they start anew.
Of course, Ciara will remember her deep feelings for Ben and will want to get their future together back on track. Whether they remarry beforehand or not, the pair should finally decide to go on the equivalent of their honeymoon.
Ben and Ciara were previously cheated out of that honeymoon opportunity since there was so much drama happening in the aftermath of their nuptials.
This is Ciara and Ben’s chance to enjoy a romantic vacation, but it may not be as relaxing as they might’ve hoped.
Lisa Rinna will reprise her role as Billie Reed, so this ISA agent will be on the hunt for some stolen jewels. If these jewels end up with the wrong villainous people, it could spell big trouble for Salem.
It might be a situation where the missing treasure is cursed – or perhaps someone will intend to retaliate if the jewels don’t land in his or her hands.
Regardless, these stolen jewels will be a major factor for all the character clusters in this miniseries. Ben and Ciara might stumble across the gems or run into someone who’s determined to find out what they know.
Dangerous ordeals tend to follow Ciara and Ben wherever they go, so New Orleans should be no exception.
Again, keep in mind that Ben and Ciara’s romantic getaway will be happening on a Peacock limited series that’s separate from the main Days show, but it’s still something to look forward to!
