Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will end up on quite an emotional rollercoaster during the week of April 26-30. Shawn Brady (Brandon Barash) will reveal that he’s finally gotten in touch with Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso), so Rafe will be given hope for the future.
Rafe will assume Hope is coming back home, which could offer another chance at renewing their love. However, Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) is headed to South Africa with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) and that’ll change her mom’s plans.
Hope has been fighting desperately to reunite with her daughter for months, so she obviously wants to see Ciara and spend some time with her. It wouldn’t make any sense for Hope to come back to Salem when Ciara’s leaving the country.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ciara will give Shawn updates on her South Africa plans. She’ll pass along where she’s going to be in Johannesburg and tell Shawn to have Hope meet her there.
It looks like Hope will basically decide to move to Johannesburg as well since she’s already missed out on so much time with Ciara.
That means Rafe will get the crushing news that Hope’s not coming home after all. Days spoilers state that the disappointment will hit Rafe hard. Somewhere in the back of Rafe’s mind, he’s been hoping he might still have a shot with Hope upon her return.
Now Rafe will have to accept that Hope’s South Africa move may be permanent. DOOL fans know Hope’s daughter is her priority, which Rafe will certainly understand under the circumstances. Even so, Days spoilers say it’ll sting as Rafe realizes he has to let Hope go and move on.
Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will step up to support Rafe as he deals with this difficult blow. Of course, Ava won’t truly be sorry that Hope’s not returning to Salem – no matter what she might claim!
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ava has feelings for Rafe, so those feelings will come pouring out through a comforting kiss in the week ahead, April 26-30.
That kiss will be a very mutual one since Rafe’s feelings for Ava have been growing as well. DOOL fans will see sparks fly in a big way, so stay tuned to see how Ava and Rafe handle things in the aftermath.
