Back when Salem faced the blackout and a prison break, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) delivered some wild news to Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans).
Days viewers will remember that Dr. Rolf wanted a Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) clone, so he nearly implanted the embryo that would’ve forced Kayla into a crazy situation.
Kayla was perplexed by how it was even possible for her to carry a Stefano clone baby at her age, but we all know the twisted DiMera doc has his ways! There’s a good chance the whole Stefano clone story is going to come back around based on some new info.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kayla and Steve will have to wrap their heads around a pregnancy shocker on April 1. Of course, we have to pay attention to the date here and acknowledge the obvious.
This is clearly another April Fools’ Day episode, so it’ll be filled with wacky plot developments that don’t make a lot of sense.
This will set up the “gotcha” moment at the end where DOOL reveals it was just some April Fools’ Day fun.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Steve will support Kayla as she contends with a baby bombshell, so maybe Dr. Rolf will be successful in implanting the Stefano clone embryo in this fantasy episode.
Regardless, Kayla won’t actually be pregnant, but it should be hilarious to see how Mary Beth Evans and Stephen Nichols tackle the ridiculousness of it all. Evan and Nichols always play well off each other, so they should do a great job with whatever the show has in store.
