Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) may offer some Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) reward money to help Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) – causing Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) to fume over her aunt’s typical check-writing solution.
DOOL fans know Lani is still livid over Paulina’s Price Town deception and how she nearly destroyed Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) political career.
Abe seems like he’s leaning in the direction of forgiveness since Paulina’s truly trying to make things right, but Lani just can’t move past her aunt’s actions – not yet anyway.
Paulina has a history of disappointing Lani, so Days spoilers say it’ll be hard for Lani to trust again after getting burned so many times. It doesn’t help that Paulina’s always so quick to throw money around and try to win everyone’s favor.
Lani will get irritated with Paulina’s offer during the week of August 9-13, so this will likely involve a substantial sum.
Since Paulina will want to help Theo somehow, it makes sense that she’ll suggest putting up some Ciara reward money and getting the word out.
Perhaps Paulina will feel like this will provide an incentive for someone to come forward with info that leads to Ciara’s safe return.
Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will hold back on revealing Ben’s intended destination, so Paulina’s reward money could be useful for getting some tips on the kidnapping.
However, Lani will probably act like Paulina’s butting in like she always does. She may not be happy about Paulina thinking money fixes everything either.
Paulina often shows her love by handing over cash or writing checks, so Lani may twist this gesture around despite Paulina’s good intentions.
Paulina will obviously just want to help Theo in the only way she knows how, but Days spoilers say there’ll definitely be some backlash.
Whether Theo accepts the offer or not, it’s clear that Paulina has more work to do if she wants to repair the damage in her relationship with Lani.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Paulina will keep hoping for progress – and Lani will indeed let Paulina back in her life down the road.
