Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) will have a chilling premonition for Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), so she’ll likely warn that the devil’s destruction isn’t over. Let’s talk about what we know so far and try to nail down what’s ahead in Marlena’s Days storyline.
DOOL fans know Marlena’s exorcism was a success, so she’ll find herself apologizing all over town soon enough.
Despite not having many memories of her horrible actions, Marlena will still battle guilt and want to make amends with many Salemites.
Since Marlena is so full of kindness and love, it’ll break her heart to know she played a role in so much torment.
Of course, Susan was one of possessed Marlena’s victims, but she surely won’t hold it against her. Susan considers Marlena to be a good friend and will no doubt be glad she’s back to her old self.
Unfortunately, Marlena’s return to normal doesn’t mean Salem is safe! That brings us to Susan’s bad feeling about what else might be brewing.
After another scary premonition, Susan will deliver news of it to Marlena during the week of January 3-7.
Perhaps Susan will declare that she still feels evil in Salem – like the creepy aftereffects of what the devil did while he was wreaking havoc on the town.
We know the devil was able to influence Lucas Horton’s (Bryan Dattilo) actions by planting the idea of Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) abduction.
Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) perhaps latched onto an idea planted by the devil as well since it was so over the top for him to frame Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for murder.
Regardless, Days spoilers hint at more possessions or at least more of the devil’s influence in Salem.
It sounds like a situation where the devil intends to get the last laugh and make the town suffer with or without Marlena’s help!
Marlena may feel obligated to step up and stop the devil’s new reign of terror, which could certainly put her life at risk.
For now, Susan will warn Marlena about the sinister force that’s apparently still in Salem.
