Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, December 2, teases that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will get kidnapped while Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) makes a special delivery. Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will also make a promise to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), so here’s what Days viewers can look forward to.
At the pub on Thursday’s DOOL show, it looks like Chloe will pick up some chowder or another special menu item. Chloe will chat with Brady briefly before heading to the Kiriakis mansion with a brown bag that’s presumably full of food.
It’s possible Philip will claim he’s feeling under the weather and prompt Chloe’s visit to the pub for soup. Philip’s sick excuse makes sense considering Chloe’s going to push for answers on Thursday – perhaps about why he keeps avoiding a visit to their tree.
Maybe Philip will buy more time by pretending he’s ill since he ripped that tree right out of the ground! On the other hand, we know Philip’s going to set quite a trap for Brady – one that’ll involve Chloe and will take her near the tree site in the week ahead.
With that in mind, Chloe might make a special delivery involving food for a picnic. This could lead to Chloe following Philip’s trail in the coming episodes and believing what he wants her to believe.
Whatever the case, Philip will bash Brady in the head with a crowbar and abduct him once he’s unconscious. The goal will be to haul Brady down to the river and set the stage for the aftermath of a “murder.” It seems Philip is on the verge of faking his death and making it look like Brady killed him, so Days fans will want to stay tuned.
In the meantime, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will open up to Abe Carver (James Reynolds) about her pain and fears. She won’t want their father-daughter bond to go away, so Abe will surely vow to remain in her life no matter what.
Abe still wants to be a dad to Lani and a grandpa to her sweet twins. He’ll give Lani plenty of reassurance and may encourage her to contact Tamara Price (Marilyn McCoo) as well. That’s a call that Lani has been dreading since she’s got a lot of anger bottled up, but she needs to let it all out and listen to Tamara’s side of the story, too.
As for Paulina Price (Jackee Harry), she’ll relay some troubling news to John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and get an explanation in return. John will receive updates on Marlena threatening Paulina with glowing eyes and a terrifying voice, so he’ll stun Paulina by explaining that Marlena is possessed just like in the ‘90s.
It’ll be hard for Paulina to wrap her head around that shocker, but it’ll also click a lot of puzzle pieces into place – especially when it comes to the recent wedding drama. Over with possessed Marlena, she’ll continue to dupe Ben and score sympathy. Ben will promise to protect Marlena from abusive John, but he won’t realize the devil’s lying about all of this and still wants to go after his baby.
While Marlena’s staying with Ben and Ciara at an isolated cabin, more suspicions will arise – at least for Ciara! She’ll voice her concerns to Ben about how bizarre Marlena’s behavior has been, but Ben will probably keep defending his therapist for now.
