Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, December 21, teases that Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) family crisis will explode – and Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will get busted while Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) schemes.
At the DiMera mansion, Sami will hope to wear down EJ’s defenses. She knows they still love each other, so she’ll move in close and once again create some electricity between them.
It’ll become harder and harder for EJ to deny that his feelings are reigniting, but he’ll have a major distraction to contend with first.
That’s because Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) homecoming will bring a DOOL marriage shocker.
Chanel and Johnny got hitched while they were in Italy, so Days spoilers say they’ll have to fill everyone in.
Although Chanel may be a bit nervous about delivering updates, Johnny will be excited to show off his new bride.
While Johnny and Chanel get ready to drop the bomb, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will open up to Eli Grant (Lamon Archey).
Lani’s relationship with Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will remain fractured – and a tense encounter in the town square won’t help matters.
Paulina will be upset over Lani basically acting like she doesn’t exist and will think they can at least wish each other merry Christmas.
However, Lani will insist Paulina’s the reason their relationship is in shambles. She’ll remain upset over all Paulina’s lies, but her birth mom will just want to make amends somehow.
The good news is Paulina may have a chance to do that once Chanel’s back in the mix to facilitate a real conversation. The bad news is Chanel’s marriage drama will bring even more family issues.
Days spoilers say Paulina will head to the DiMera mansion for Johnny and Chanel’s big announcement. She’ll join Sami and EJ in their outrage over their children’s hasty choice, so more conflict is on the way.
At the Kiriakis mansion, Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will talk to Kate and Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) about Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) case.
Like Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), Belle may insist that reversing the decision to have Philip declared legally dead is the right call.
Kate may actually get behind that idea since she’s trying to clean up Philip’s mess now.
It’s possible Kate will reveal the real story to Victor and try to make him understand that they have to help Philip. Regardless, Days spoilers say Kate will do whatever it takes to dig Philip out of the hole he dug for himself.
Of course, there could be another complication on the horizon since Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will get a huge surprise on Tuesday’s DOOL show.
Lucas is about to uncover a massive secret, so it appears he’ll bust his living brother and get some answers about Philip setting Brady up for murder.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Philip will hope Kate can keep him out of jail and perhaps Lucas can pitch in, too!
