Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 6, teases that Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) will find a meal set up for two in Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) suite.
Chanel will want to sneak a peek under one of the domes on the table, but Paulina will smack her daughter’s hand away. She’ll insist she’s got plans to dine with someone else – and Chanel’s supposed to be off finding a job anyway.
Over with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), they’ll mull over the offer Paulina recently made. Paulina tried to give Lani and Eli an amazing christening gift for the twins.
Paulina wants to pay for Carver Grant and Jules Grant’s college education when the time comes, but Lani had serious reservations about accepting this gift.
Although Eli wanted to accept Paulina’s generous offer at first, he ultimately saw the dangers of raising an entitled child. Chanel gave Eli a glimpse of what might happen if they let Paulina spoil the twins too much!
At the same time, that money would certainly come in handy – and it’s for the twins’ college tuition, not something frivolous like a future sports car or ski vacation.
Days spoilers say Lani and Eli will put a little more thought into their decision before delivering news to Paulina.
It seems likely Eli and Lani will turn Paulina down, but she may point out that they can always change their minds down the road. Jules and Carver are just babies, so there’s plenty of time for Lani and Eli to reconsider before the twins turn 18.
Eli and Lani will also get updates on Paulina’s upcoming meeting with Abe Carver (James Reynolds). Paulina will hint at a big proposal she intends to make – one that could bring exciting changes to the Horton Town Square.
Lani and Eli will have no doubt that Paulina’s going to make her mark on Salem and perhaps on Abe, too!
Other Days spoilers say Chanel will bump into Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), who’ll be with his dad. Abe will be taken aback when he realizes Chanel knew Theo in South Africa and also happens to be Paulina’s daughter.
After Chanel meets Abe and does her best to charm him, she’ll try to sell Theo on the idea of living together.
Theo will probably reject that plan since he’s not a couple with Chanel anymore. Being roommates could get pretty complicated, particularly since Theo’s feelings for Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) are back in full force.
Chanel will find herself feeling frustrated stuck since she has no money and nowhere to go.
At Julie’s Place, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will keep trying to drink his pain away. DOOL fans know Xander’s been having a rough time ever since he lost Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will continue to drown his sorrows – and that’ll lead to another public spectacle. The last outburst happened at the pub, but Xander’s next one will happen at Julie’s Place.
Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will step up to make sure Xander doesn’t get arrested, but he’ll really think his sort-of friend needs to lay off the alcohol and try to get his act together.
However, Xander will be in too much agony to care about anything except downing booze and feeling sorry for himself. It turns out Chanel will join that pity party in Tuesday’s DOOL episode.
Xander will invite Chanel to share his bottle as they commiserate over their struggles. Chanel and Xander will form an intriguing bond since they’ll have more in common than they expected.
Back with Paulina, she’ll cozy up to Abe as she delivers her proposal. Paulina will also have no qualms about blurring the lines between business and pleasure. There’ll be major flirting going on between Abe and Paulina, so these two seem poised for couple status eventually.
Next, Ciara will find herself under hypnosis once Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) shows up and begins the process.
Marlena will get Ciara to think back to when she was in the cabin – and Ciara will indeed “see” herself there as she faces a memory. Too bad it won’t be a positive one or anything connected to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson)!
It looks like Ciara will remember how Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) went off the rails and nearly murdered her by fire.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben will be disappointed over this hypnosis session horror – and Claire will face her worst nightmare when Ciara loathes her more than ever.
Marlena may once again push for patience, but both Ben and Claire will be in a pretty dark place. We’ll bring you updates as other Days news comes in.
