Days of Our Lives (DOOL) update for Tuesday, May 25, teases that Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will attack Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) with a baseball bat to save Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) – and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will face Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer)!
At the hospital on Tuesday’s episode, Lucas will visit Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) to offer updates on Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) double murder orders.
Brady won’t exactly be surprised that Kristen has committed even more crimes. He knows by now that Kristen has gone off the rails, so he’ll be eager to confront Kristen – especially since Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) is in danger.
While Lucas rats Kristen out to Brady, Xander will fume over the disappearance of EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) $10 million. After Xander notices the money is no longer in his bank account, he’ll be armed and ready for a fight with Sami!
Xander may feel like Sami was in on whatever trick EJ’s trying to pull, but she’s most likely innocent on this. It’s a no-brainer for EJ to get sneaky and take his money back under the circumstances. Sami will probably insist it’s out of her hands, but that won’t be good enough for Xander.
Just when it looks like Xander might shoot, Lucas will come to Sami’s rescue. He’ll attack Xander with a baseball bat, so the gun will fly right out of Xander’s grip.
Lucas will pick up the gun soon after and turn the tables on Xander, so Xander will have to find another route to scoring cash soon enough.
It turns out Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will be the path Xander settles on, so look for her to face a blackmail threat later this week. In the meantime, Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will grasp Kristen by the neck when she refuses to give up Chloe’s whereabouts.
After Philip interrogates Kristen, it’ll be Brady’s turn next. Brady will be furious and unbelievably disappointed in Kristen over all the crazy stuff she’s pulled lately.
Brady will feel like Kristen needs to do the right thing and reveal where Chloe is, but she’ll still want to trade that info for her freedom.
Even if Kristen eventually relents and reveals Chloe’s stashed in that car trunk, it won’t matter since Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will swipe it.
Once the car is hotwired and on the road with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) behind the wheel, they’ll inadvertently take off with Kristen’s bargaining chip.
Next, Shawn will whip out his gun and hold it on Ben at the Brady home. Ben will briefly be mistaken for Jan, but he’ll put his hands up and promise he’s looking for Jan, too.
Days spoilers say Ben will let Shawn and Belle Brady (Martha Madison) listen to the voicemail Claire left for him. That’ll let Belle and Shawn know they were right about Claire being in danger.
Shawn will call Jan, but she’ll be more interested in talking to Belle on Tuesday’s DOOL episode. Days spoilers say Belle will beg for a deal to save Claire’s life.
If Jan will just let Claire go, Belle will be willing to confess to the murder of Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) and serve her time in Statesville.
Jan will doubt the sincerity of that offer, but she’ll agree to give it some thought before she disconnects. Soon after, Jan and Claire will hear someone banging on the trunk.
After Claire pulls over, Jan will investigate and realize she’s got an extra hostage on her hands. Jan won’t be all that excited about having Chloe to contend with at first, but she’ll quickly decide to make lemonade out of lemons.
Back with Ben, he’ll keep up his efforts to track Claire down. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben’s search will take him to the park, where it looks like he’ll find Claire’s dropped necklace.
While Ben’s mulling over his next move, Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause) will appear to him once again.
Ben will have another vision based on the guilt he’s feeling, but he’ll try to shove all the negativity out of his mind and focus on finding Claire. All that’ll matter if making sure Claire survives Jan’s wrath!
