Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, June 9, teases that Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will have a violent outburst while Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) ponders a strange mystery. As for Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), he’ll make a desperate plea to a torn Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney).
At the hospital, Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) will quickly realize Xander isn’t just your average patient. This is a man who’s capable of being an assassin under the right circumstances, so Dr. Snyder had better watch his back!
Xander will bring up Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and all the pressure Dr. Snyder’s been putting on her. When Xander insists it has to stop, Dr. Snyder may act like Xander has no say in this. However, Xander will disagree and grab Dr. Snyder angrily.
We’ll see Xander resort to violence to get his point across – though he’d be willing to do far worse to Dr. Snyder if necessary.
In fact, there’s a good chance Dr. Snyder will wind up dead down the road, so Xander and Gwen are probably going to have an even bigger problem on their hands.
In the meantime, DOOL spoilers say Gwen will try to get through another interrogation. She just got Xander off her back, but now it’ll be Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) who’s asking too many questions.
Kayla will worry about Dr. Snyder’s threats and will push Gwen to open up about what’s really going on.
Of course, Gwen will probably act like Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) misunderstood the situation. She’ll do her best to get rid of Kayla and satisfy her curiosity, but Kayla will definitely be keeping a closer eye on Dr. Snyder from now on.
Other Days spoilers say Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will almost lock lips with Abe Carver (James Reynolds), but she’ll face an emergency that tears her away. It sounds like Paulina’s alarm will go off back at her new place, so she’ll fear someone’s broken in.
It was actually just Chanel stopping by to share her Sweet Bits Bakery ideas, but DOOL fans know that led to Chanel finding the real Horton Town Square agenda.
Chanel should still be trying to make sense of that blueprint when Paulina rushes in and yanks it away.
If Chanel wasn’t suspicious before, she certainly will be once Paulina starts acting all weird about it. Chanel may realize the plans she’s seen don’t quite add up to what Paulina pitched. She’ll struggle to make sense of the mystery, so she’ll push Paulina to enlighten her.
Paulina will consider confessing to Chanel since it’d save her daughter from the pain of failure. Chanel’s bakery will turn out to be a total disaster if she moves forward with her part in the Horton Town Square initiative.
Nevertheless, Paulina will probably decide it’d better for Chanel to stay in the dark. It’s better for Paulina to keep her stunning scheme to herself until it’s too late to turn back!
Abe will meet up with Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) at Julie’s Place, where he’ll serve as a sounding board. Nicole will admit to screwing up big time, so Abe will listen as she comes clean about betraying Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
When Nicole wonders if she should come clean to Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), Aby may ask if Nicole can realistically hide the truth forever.
Perhaps Abe will make Nicole see that the guilt would gnaw at her until the end of time. There’s also the potential for Eric to find out another way – namely through Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney).
It’d be best if Eric heard the truth from Nicole instead of his scheming sister.
Nicole will thank Abe for his support and guidance, but the choice is hers to make. Although Nicole will contemplate telling Eric she slept with Xander, it appears she’ll keep a tight lid on the secret in the end.
Across town, Lucas will make a passionate pitch and hope Sami’s willing to get back together. He’ll think they’re meant to be and will want to find their magical spark once again.
Days spoilers say Sami will feel conflicted since she can’t deny her attraction to Lucas. There’s also a certain comfort level that’s appealing, but Sami just won’t be able to turn her back on EJ DiMera – especially not after he arrives on her doorstep!
EJ will return on a mission to apologize to Sami and make things right in their marriage, so he’ll get started on that goal as well as others soon enough. We’ll offer updates as other Days news comes in.
