General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) may fall back into bed, so jealous Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) could end up fuming over round two and the lovers’ deeper bond.
GH fans know Jax and Britt previously had a hot night together, but they seemed content to leave it as just that – one night of fun. However, it could turn into more as Britt and Jax’s connection strengthens during the week of August 9-13.
General Hospital spoilers say Jax will open up to Britt about Jason and Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) impending marriage. He should share why he’s against the idea and growing more concerned every day.
Carly’s becoming even more involved in the mob world, which puts Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) at risk along with Carly and the rest of the family.
There’s also the matter of Jax’s history with Carly, which can’t be ignored. Jax may mull over the safer life he could’ve offered if Carly had chosen him after walking away from the mob drama.
However, Jax knows by now that he can’t talk Carly out of anything and shouldn’t even try.
As Jax frets over Carly and Jason’s upcoming marriage, he’ll commiserate with Britt. Despite the front Britt tries to put up, she’s still hurting over Jason’s engagement.
Britt and Jax are set to bond even more, so this could easily lead to going a second round in bed.
If that news gets back to Jason, it’s sure to be a tough blow. Jason truly wants to be with Britt and would be if it weren’t for mob circumstances getting in the way.
Carly and Jason are just doing what they have to do for the sake of protecting the family.
Since Jason’s feelings for Britt are still so strong, he may lash out if he sees the potential for a real Jax and Britt romance.
Jason won’t want Britt getting hurt again and may think it’s time for another warning – an even fiercer one that could lead to quite a feud with Jax.
There’ll definitely be some conflict between Jax and Jason in the coming episodes, so stay tuned to see if Britt gets caught in the middle.
