General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) may play with fire soon enough. GH fans will recall when Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) paid Finn a visit last fall. Finn was uneasy after Cyrus came in his office, but he tried to be cool and avoid making too many waves.
Cyrus didn’t hesitate to bring up Finn’s past drug addiction and insisted he was looking forward to a collaborative relationship. By the time Cyrus left, Finn was clearly unsettled and irritated.
General Hospital writers were obviously laying the groundwork for something that might happen down the road.
Flash-forward to last month when Cyrus first told Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) about a new pain medication that was being expedited for government review.
Britt thought it’d put GH’s reputation at risk if it looked like their doctors had a financial incentive to prescribe that medication.
However, Cyrus was adamant that becoming the pharmaceutical base for the drug would only add to the hospital’s prestige. It looks like Finn may be poised to learn more as February gets underway.
General Hospital spoilers say Finn will pump Britt for information – and since Britt’s storyline centers around her involvement at GH with Cyrus, we can assume Finn will want Cyrus info.
It could be dangerous for Finn to dig too deep since he’s got a younger daughter to protect. Keeping Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) safe has to be the priority. If Finn tries to cause any major hurdles for Cyrus at GH, Cyrus may take steps to ensure Finn’s cooperation.
After all, Cyrus did hint about that collaborative relationship, which it’s doubtful Finn will get on board with willingly.
There’s been a lot of talk about Violet lately – and she’s had several appearances recently, too. Now that Violet is back in the story, there’s the potential for Cyrus to threaten her or even kidnap her if Finn gets on his bad side.
Since General Hospital planted that seed of “collaboration” between Cyrus and Finn, we could be approaching the danger zone!
It seems awfully risky for Finn to poke his nose in Cyrus’ business through this Britt grilling session. Cyrus could easily grow suspicious if he spots Finn and Britt’s intense discussion.
