General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, May 7, tease that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be relieved to find out Cameron Webber (William Lipton) is safe at Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) place and not out confronting Peter August (Wes Ramsey). However, Jax will worry the danger’s never going to stop.
Jax will fret over Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), so Liz will understand where he’s coming from since she worries about Cameron constantly. Meanwhile, Cameron will share a private moment with Josslyn as he apologizes for how he’s treated her lately.
Joss will downplay it and want to focus on moving forward, but Cam will insist she doesn’t know everything.
Cameron should bring Josslyn up to speed on all the gun chaos and his PCPD terror. He’ll also admit he was wrong about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) killing Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and may confess that Liz and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) convinced him of Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) guilt instead.
Cam will be truly sorry for letting his stubbornness stand in the way of a good friendship.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will have another conversation about where they stand. Michael and Willow will remain clear about their love for each other and their desire to build a future together.
Nevertheless, Willow will point out that being there for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is more important right now. Michael will once again assure Willow that he’s impressed by her efforts and will wait as long as it takes.
At the PCPD, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will share a laugh. “Something between you and me? That’s crazy!” Olivia exclaims with a smile in Friday’s GH preview video.
Robert will be chuckling right along with Olivia as they discuss presumably discuss how Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and others might’ve gotten the wrong idea.
Of course, we have to wonder if it’s really such a bad idea after all. Robert and Olivia clearly care a great deal about each other. They enjoy each other’s company and bring some chemistry to the table.
If things don’t work out in Olivia’s marriage to Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), Robert might be a new love interest option for Olivia.
However, it’s probably best not to throw in the towel on Ned and Olivia’s relationship just yet. Brook Lynn certainly won’t give up on patching things up between her father and his wife.
As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll make an admission Friday’s General Hospital episode. After Anna confesses that she told Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) the truth, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will wonder if that was really the right call.
Peter warned Anna about the consequences if she told Finn or anyone else, so Valentin will battle concerns about the leak getting back to Peter.
It looks like a fed-up Chase will try to bolt from his bed again, but Finn will insist Chase can’t leave the hospital. Those are doctor’s orders! Chase is going to need another antidote dose eventually, so that’ll be Finn’s main concern as this storyline keeps moving along.
Next on Friday’s General Hospital episode, Peter will show up at Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) place and grow suspicious. “Who’s here with you?” Peter asks as he looks around in the preview clip.
Maxie looks ready to play dumb, so Brook Lynn might be hiding in another room since she’s part of the upcoming fake stillbirth scheme.
General Hospital spoilers say Brook Lynn’s plans will hit a snag on Friday, so it makes sense that Peter will be the one to cause this hiccup.
While Maxie tries to put out another Peter fire, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will stun Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Sam failed Dante’s test by going rogue after she got updates from Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
The safe house was empty by the time Dante and Sam got there, but Dante will soon insist he needs to take Sam in for questioning. Will Dante wind up being forced to arrest Sam?
Over with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), she’ll miss Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) terribly. General Hospital fans can expect Carly to feel the void more than ever, so she’ll have a vision of Sonny and talk to him on Friday’s show.
Carly will promise to do what it takes to protect their family, so we’ll see how this vision of Sonny reacts to that declaration.
