General Hospital spoilers reveal the weekly preview for July 12 to July 16 is out and it contains some juicy bombshells. Sonny Corinthos aka “Mike” (Maurice Benard) makes an SOS call. Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) interrupts the ELQ meeting with a bombshell introduction. It just happens to be Austin (Roger Howarth). Plus, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) considers leaving town.
Sonny Corinthos’ SOS Call
GH spoilers reveal that the weekly preview shows “Mike” making a phone call. He tells the person on the other end “we need you.” We assume he calls Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who recently returned to Port Charles.
Plus, we know that in the near future, Nina goes back to Nixon Falls. It is also confirmed that during the week of July 12, Sonny waits for news as well as Lenny Caulfield’s (Rif Hutton) return.
So, it looks like for the time being, Nina’s secret will be safe as long as nobody follows her.
Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) kept pushing “Mike” to visit Nina in Port Charles. However, with his phone call and her coming back, Sonny’s alive status will remain under wraps for now.
GH Spoilers: Austin’s Quartermaine Connection
The weekly preview also shows an important ELQ meeting. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will learn his fate in the company.
However, nobody expects Scott to show up with a guest.
The latest issue of Soap Opera Digest confirms it is Austin. Howarth explained that Austin’s arrival in Port Charles and at the Quartermaine estate isn’t just for business.
Austin actually has a very personal reason for getting involved now. The actor wouldn’t give more hints than that, so we will have to wait and see what happens.
Maxie Jones’ Exit Plan
General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 12 reveal that Maxie is struggling to have to keep a distance from her baby. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) is already suspicious, which she explains to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
This week, Maxie will talk to Nina about how hard the “kidnapping” has been. She admits that it might be best for her to leave Port Charles.
This has Nina wondering why she would abandon her support system.
Then, she starts to unravel and Nina assumes that Maxie is going to kidnap the infant. That is when Maxie finally blurts out that Bailey Quartermaine (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) is really Louise “Lou” August.

As for what else to expect, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) wants to talk to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) about that kiss.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is struggling with his wedding decision, which results in Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) lashing out.
