General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, August 30, tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will ask if Peter August (Wes Ramsey) knows who he is while Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is busy plotting an attack on the Corinthos organization. There’ll also be a discovery related to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) plane crash, so let’s discuss what’s in store.
After Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) passes along Drew’s plane crash file to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna),
Dante will get in touch with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) over the contents. He’ll insist there’s something Sam needs to see, so it sounds like there’ll indeed be some clue that points to Drew’s survival and maybe even his location.
At the Metro Court pool, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will witness an interaction and marvel over the flirting that goes down. “He is so into you!” Brook Lynn exclaims in Monday’s GH preview video.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) seems unsettled and doesn’t look as convinced, so this may be about Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth).
Although Maxie may think Austin is just being cordial, Brook Lynn may disagree and want to use Maxie to her advantage somehow.
Of course, Maxie may argue that it’s out of the question since the last thing she needs is Austin getting too close and figuring out that “Bailey Quartermaine” is actually Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom).
Speaking of “Bailey,” she’s what this little poolside chat with Maxie will be about. Brook Lynn will arrange it so that they just look like a couple of friends catching up with the baby in tow.
Maxie will enjoy another chance to spend some time with Louise, but it’ll remain difficult to keep up this charade.
As for Anna, she’ll tell Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) that she’s not giving up until she finds Peter dead or alive!
Anna will be willing to kill Peter if she has to, but Obrecht already plans to take care of that by feeding Peter a bogus tip through Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and drawing him to St. Lucia.
Nina will indeed give Peter that phony tip, but Peter will worry about the possibility of a betrayal. However, Nina will make it clear that no double-crossing will go down.
Nina will hope she can convince Peter that this St. Lucia tip is legit, but Liesl and Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) upcoming flight will put them at the center of some new drama.
At the Metro Court, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will take a mob meeting and express total confidence in her husband-to-be. “He’s going to find out why Jason has the reputation that he has,” Carly says in Monday’s preview clip.
Carly will trust Jason to handle any pre-wedding issues that land in their path, but Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will deliver an unexpected one.
Down on the pier, Jason will push Jordan to confirm that her sources are good. He won’t want to believe Jordan’s warning about Cyrus plotting another attack from behind bars, but Jordan will insist there’s legitimate concern.
Back in Nixon Falls, Sonny will push Peter for honesty. “Mike” got the feeling that Peter recognized him, so he’ll call Peter out soon enough.
“Do you know who I am?” Sonny demands to know in Monday’s GH promo. Peter may deny it and offer another explanation for his odd behavior, but Sonny will remain on edge.
Finally, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will make some demands on the job and create some Deception issues.
Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will have their work cut out for them as they try to deal with Bonnie’s pushy personality.
