General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, October 18 – Peter Bargains to Avoid Murder – Jason’s Secret Weapon – Curtis & Portia Confess

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, October 18, tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will negotiate to avoid his murder while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) recruits a secret weapon. Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will confess to each other, so let’s talk about what’s in store.

First, Portia will tell Curtis there’s something he needs to know. Based on her upbeat attitude, this obviously won’t be some major admission. Portia should spill something lighthearted, but the conversation will take a more serious turn eventually.

Curtis will let his walls down and open up to Portia about his past. He’ll confess some things and perhaps get reassurance that the future is still bright.

However, a mystery man will spy on Portia and Curtis by the time Tuesday, October 19, rolls around.

That could mean we’ll see this shady guy lurking at the end of Monday’s episode.

At the tavern in Greece, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will feel like they have to act fast.

“We’d better get to Drew before all hell breaks loose,” Dante tells Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) in Monday’s GH preview video.

Sam will agree with Dante, but Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will eventually snap at someone about not putting her in this position.

Anna may yell at Dante and Sam since she won’t want them near Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) compound, but these partners will still end up there sooner or later.

In the meantime, Peter will try to convince Victor to let him live.

Victor wasn’t happy about Peter concealing his ability to activate Drew and then sending him on a special op without approval. He’s made it clear there’s a price to pay, but Peter will want Victor to call off his armed guards.

“Ordering these men to kill me is the last thing you want to do,” Peter insists in Monday’s preview video.

Perhaps the conditioning is rigged so that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will only accept orders from Peter – or at least that might be what Peter claims to save his own life.

As for Drew, he’ll plead with Liesl Obrecth (Kathleen Gati) for assistance.

Drew will want to know how he can stop Peter’s control over him, so we’ll see if Liesl can offer some sort of solution.

Back in Port Charles, Jason and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will have a strategy session with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner).

Scott will wonder how Jason’s going to track down Liesl, but Jason will suggest Scott’s got it wrong.

“I’m not the one who’s going to find Obrecht; you are,” Jason informs Scott in Monday’s preview video.

Although Jason was suspicious of Scott initially, Britt was adamant about Scott’s infatuation with Liesl. She knows Scott is just as eager to help, so Jason will use him as the secret weapon for their new plot.

Jason will also get some big news from Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), who’ll do some digging and report back with updates.

After Jason gets confirmation on something, he’ll be ready to roll on the next phase of the plan.

Britt should be glad to know they’re finally making progress on the search for Liesl – and they’ll make even more once they head to Greece in the coming episodes.
