General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will get a disturbing phone call while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) set an ASAP wedding date. It looks like Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Willow Chase (Katelyn MacMullen) will also face a bittersweet end, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
During the week of August 9-13, Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) will find out where Naomi Dreyfus (Gigi Bermingham) is staying. He may pay a visit to Naomi’s hotel after Sam gets a cryptic message.
Sam will also seek some help from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) in the week ahead, so that’ll bring another chance for the pair to grow closer.
Meanwhile, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will put Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) on the hot seat over Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) attempt to correspond with him.
Nikolas will accuse Spencer of working with Ryan and plotting against Ava Jerome (Maura West), but Spencer will calmly point out that the letter was unopened and returned to Ryan at Spring Ridge.
In the end, Nikolas will apologize – and Spencer will keep his stalker secret under wraps a little longer. While Spencer plans the big Wyndemere party that’s coming up, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will fret over wrecking her relationship with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will show sympathy for Portia despite the tension recently, so Portia should appreciate that.
As for Jason and Carly, they’ll contemplate calling a five families meeting. Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller) had no fear after Jason threatened him, so there are concerns about him having some hidden allies.
Carly and Jason will consider this meeting, so they may think it’d be a way to learn more about who’s plotting against them.
Jason will be under a ton of pressure, so Carly will worry it’s her fault. There’ll be even more issues for Jason to deal with after Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) confronts him about the continued risk to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Next, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will strengthen their connection. Nina will decide she has a chance at a future with “Mike” after all and will apparently be determined to make this work somehow.
During the week of August 16-20, the jig will be up for Spencer. His Wyndemere bash will go awry and apparently force the stalker truth out in the open.
Despite Spencer’s lies, it looks like he’ll still have a friend in Trina as he faces the consequences of his crazy scheme.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will think furious Nikolas is being too hard on Spencer considering Nik let his son believe he was dead for years.
Nikolas knows what it’s like to get stuck on a goal and make major mistakes as a result. Laura will dish out some tough love and hope she can make Nikolas understand.
Back with Jason and Carly, they’ll set a fast wedding date. Carly and Jason will realize they need to get married as fast as possible to convince the rival mob families that they’re a united front.
This will lead to another “Jarly” announcement that makes waves in Port Charles.
As for Sam, she’ll receive a disturbing phone call that leaves her in shock.
Sam will rely on Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for help in the aftermath of that phone call, so we’ll see if this ties in with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) upcoming return.
In the meantime, Chase and Willow Chase will struggle through a bittersweet scene together.
Chase may wind up coming clean about his knowledge of Willow’s hookup with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), so the end of the “Chillow” marriage could be in sight.
