General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, December 21 Update – Victor Scares Ava – Valentin’s Special Visitor for Bailey

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, December 21, teases that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will scare Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) brings a special visitor for “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt). Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) will also have an outburst, so here’s what GH fans can expect.

For starters, Victor will get under Ava’s skin with some veiled threats. The last thing Ava wants is for Victor to create problems for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), but she’ll definitely fear some are brewing.

Ava may try to play it cool with Victor, but she’ll have some serious concerns once he starts hinting at imminent danger.

Victor sent that hitwoman to the safe house Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) were staying at, so things have already taken a dangerous turn.

Although Victor’s goal was to draw Laura back to Port Charles, she might not be so lucky next time! At GH, Laura will catch Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) off guard when she finds him playing Santa for the hospitalized kids.

After a warm reunion, Laura will tell Kevin about her chat with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and how her most recent threat may be closer to home.

It won’t take Laura long to put the puzzle pieces together and assume Victor is the baddie to blame.

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will also get in the Christmas spirit along with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton).

Esme will twirl in her elf outfit and leave Spencer in a frisky mood, but we all know Trina is the one he wants deep down!

Unfortunately, Trina and Spencer’s friendship has been in rocky terrain lately. Things are going to get worse instead of better thanks to Trina’s conversation with Nikolas on Tuesday’s episode.

Trina will actually be on Spencer’s side as she confronts Nikolas, but Spencer may get the wrong idea.

“Why can’t you do the same for Spencer?” Trina asks in the preview clip.

Trina will try to help Nikolas gain a new perspective when it comes to his son, but Spencer will find the pair talking and object to whatever’s happening behind his back.

Next, it just wouldn’t be Christmas without a beautifully lit Christmas tree, so the big one in town will soon glow bright.

While the official tree-lighting ceremony gets underway, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will spot Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and sit down with her at Kelly’s.

That’ll give Liz an opportunity to share how glad she is that Drew’s back – and Drew will be able to express his condolences over both Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

As for the topic of new love, Drew will fish to find out if Liz is ready for another chapter.

Liz may confess to mulling that over lately, but she’ll remain perplexed about what’s in her heart and whether to move forward with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) romantically.

Finn is more than willing to be patient and go at Liz’s speed. He wants to proceed with caution for Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) sake anyway, so this could be a good thing all around. It’s just a matter of Liz deciding to take the plunge.

Drew may give Liz a nudge in the right direction while Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) offers Finn some encouragement of his own.

After Finn takes Violet to the Metro Court for holiday tea with Anna, it’ll give the former flames a chance to catch up.

Anna will happily talk about something happening whether Finn likes it or not.

That could involve Violet growing up or perhaps Finn finding love again. Whatever the case, Finn and Anna will find that they get along well as exes trying to be friends.

Finally, Valentin will take another step toward closure when he brings a special visitor to the Quartermaine mansion.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will seem nervous as Valentin enters – most likely with Charlotte Cassadine since she needs her own shot at saying goodbye and moving on.

Brook Lynn may assure Charlotte that she can still see “Bailey,” but it’ll be different knowing that’s not her little sister.

Charlotte will try to come to terms with that, but she’ll no doubt have a harsh word or two for Brook Lynn – especially after the way BLQ treated Valentin.

General Hospital spoilers say Brook Lynn will continue to keep Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) baby girl safe from Peter August (Wes Ramsey) by any means necessary, but it won’t get any easier!
