General Hospital Spoilers Update: Wednesday, April 14 – Finn & Jackie’s Shocker - Sonny's Bad Vibes - Music to Jax's Ears

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, April 14, reveals that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will cross paths with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), so he’ll chat with her about impending motherhood. Dante will gaze at Brook Lynn’s massive fake baby bump and wonder if she’s certain she knows what she’s doing.

Truth be told, Brook Lynn seems nervous about her plot at this point. She’s already had to wiggle out of some tight spots and even more are on the way. Nevertheless, Brook Lynn will probably pretend everything’s fine and tease Dante about being as bad as his overbearing mother!

Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) has been breathing down Brook Lynn’s neck about the baby she assumes BLQ is having. However, it seems Olivia will take a break from all her hovering and concentrate on her own problems.

Olivia and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) still haven’t resolved their marriage issues, so Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) may wonder what the verdict is. Will Olivia and Ned be able to find a way forward? The answer to that question may hinge on whether Ned and Olivia can let go of the past.

Olivia and Ned have to reflect on the changes in their personalities and become willing to accept each other in the present. Of course, Olivia also has to figure out if she can move beyond the pain of Ned’s betrayal and open her heart again.

Meanwhile, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will sit down for a meeting with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Now that some time has passed since Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) “real mommy” blunder, Jax will put in a good word for her and hope for visitation.

Jax won’t see why it should be such a huge problem for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) to spend time with his other grandma. The kid is obviously fine based on all the grinning he was doing by the window with Michael.

Wiley wasn’t traumatized and probably doesn’t even remember the “real mommy” drama, so there’s no need to keep punishing Nina. Once Jax pushes Michael to forgive and let Nina back in Wiley’s life, Michael might have a change of heart.

Michael will want to run it by Willow first to be sure, but Michael may agree it’s time to start looking to the future.

Now that Michael believes he’s going to have a united family with Willow, he’s feeling hopeful and may want Nina to be part of the picture. If so, that’ll be music to Jax’s ears!

General Hospital spoilers say Jax will dial Nina’s number, but will he hear Nina’s voice on the other end or just her voicemail?

Nina’s got a lot going on in Nixon Falls due to her tours around town, including one with shady Elijah Crowe (Dan White). Elijah will continue to give Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) bad vibes, so Sonny may pump Nina for information about their tour soon enough.

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will indeed deal with some suspicions and ask some tough questions, so that could tie in with Nina’s history as well. Nina assured Sonny she wasn’t the mystery blonde from his dreams, but he may insist that he must know her from somewhere.

As “Mike” continues to spend time with Nina, perhaps it’ll spark something for Sonny – even if he doesn’t exactly understand it. There may just be an overwhelming sense of familiarity that starts to take over.

Whatever the case, Sonny will continue to charm Nina with the promise of tricks up his sleeve. There’ll be some surprises to pull Nina closer, but Sonny will seek answers along the way. We could see Nina get nervous if Sonny gets too personal.

Nina may also grow concerned over Jax’s call, but she can either let him leave a message or just keep the call short. Jax will probably tempt Nina with the promise of Wiley visits if she returns, but Nina isn’t ready to leave Nixon Falls just yet!

As for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’ll remain feverish and out of it on the floor of his apartment. Chase just keeled over in front of Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), who’ll insist on getting Chase to GH in Wednesday’s episode.

Willow won’t be able to tell Chase about her reunion with Michael anytime soon since the priority will be Chase’s heath.

Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) will also be at GH discussing some unfinished business. This could link to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) since he published that scandalous story about their family.

Jackie might even bring Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) into this if she connects the dots and determines that Cyrus is pulling Peter’s puppet strings. Naturally, Peter’s carrying out some plots of his own – one of which is about to leave Jackie and Finn in a panic.

Once Chase is wheeled in the ER, you can bet Finn will leap into action and work to save his life. Jackie will no doubt be a nervous wreck as she waits to find out if her poisoned son’s going to be OK.

Peter is to blame for that poison, but he’s in for a shock when he realizes it’s Chase who got the dose instead of Finn.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) seemed to have a moment where she realized that might be the case. She got updates on Chase being the only one at the table who came down with apparent food poisoning, but that was actually due to the tainted coffee mug.

When Anna meets up with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in the basement, she may suggest she knows who the victim is. Smug Peter will ask if Anna wants him to tell Valentin or let her do the honors.

Perhaps Anna will reveal that Chase somehow got the poison by mistake, but Peter won’t particularly care since Chase matters to Finn and Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).

He won’t think Anna’s going to let Chase die if it’s in her power to save him – and it’s indeed in her power according to Peter.

Will Anna and Valentin free Peter in exchange for an antidote? Peter may leave them with no choice if nothing else can be done for poor Chase! As other GH news comes in, we’ll keep you posted.

General Hospital spoilers say Peter will continue to prove he’s a menace to society, so stay tuned to see if someone can finally sink him in the weeks ahead.
