General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) may kick Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) out as he reclaims Wyndemere and the Cassadine fortune. Will new DNA proof back up bio dad Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and reignite the Cassadine feud?
GH fans will recall that Nikolas came back to Port Charles on a mission to take everything from Valentin.
Nikolas led to the big reveal that Valentin was an illegitimate Cassadine and the product of Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) affair with an unknown man.
However, Victor now claims he’s the one Helena had the affair with, so Valentin is a real Cassadine if that’s true.
This is something Valentin will want to take a closer look at once he makes it through the latest round of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) chaos.
Valentin’s busy getting dragged into Victor’s alliance and will have to tackle more drama with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), but things will calm down eventually.
There’s a chance Victor could be lying to emotionally manipulate Valentin into helping him, but he could also be telling the truth.
Nikolas was especially vicious when he first showed back up in PC. He was completely fixated on destroying Valentin and taking back all things Cassadine.
The DNA test was said to be closely monitored, but Nikolas is sneaky enough to make sure it was rigged anyway.
Since Nikolas doesn’t know what’s just played out with Victor, this is Valentin’s opportunity to secretly settle the matter once and for all.
Valentin may test his DNA against Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) sample again and get a very different outcome this time around – proving he’s a legit Cassadine through Victor.
You can bet that’d bring Valentin’s revenge mission, so there’d be some exciting places to take that storyline.
Valentin and Nikolas might be gearing up for another major battle, which Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) could get involved in as well.
