General Hospital Spoilers: Week of May 10 – Sonny’s Rookie Mistake - Carly’s Power Trip Ends – Josslyn in Danger

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of May 10-14 tease that Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) power trip will end. Carly put on quite a show at the five families meeting, but she nearly crumbled in the aftermath.

It’s clear that the pressure’s getting to Carly – and more pressure’s on the way now that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is riled up.

Meanwhile, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will form an even stronger bond with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), so the result will be spilling a secret. Britt will likely open up about her suspected diagnosis and the reason behind her trembling hands.

Over with Peter August (Wes Ramsey), he’ll have a run-in with Cyrus at the Metro Court. Despite the tension between these allies, we’ll see if they can still find ways to help each other. As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he’ll reach a decision about his future on the force.

Now that Dante’s had a little taste of working a case again, he should decide he’s all in on going back to work at the PCPD. Next, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will become the victim of more deception – most likely due to Peter.

Maxie’s plotting to dupe Peter with a fake stillbirth, but she’d better be careful since Peter will be carrying out a scheme of his own.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will strengthen his connection to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). As Curtis and Portia get closer, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will be forced apart.

Willow will have a tough discussion with Michael as they resolve to put their relationship on hold.

It sounds like Michael and Willow will accept that their future won’t be getting back on track anytime soon. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) hasn’t been fully cured and could be facing a pretty lengthy recovery, so Willow and Michael will once again discuss how they’re willing to wait.

As for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he’ll get a new plan underway on General Hospital. Will that involve a way to get the upper hand on Cyrus? Could it involve Spencer Cassadine (last played by Nicolas Bechtel) instead?

Whatever the case, Nikolas will feel confident in the plot he cooks up.

Elsewhere, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will overhear a conversation that isn’t meant for her ears. Will that conversation be between Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson)?

Regardless, Gladys won’t be pleased by Brando’s continued interested in the former drug user.

GH fans can expect Sasha and Cyrus to have a heated showdown, so Cyrus will show signs of jealousy when it comes to Sasha and Brando’s potential romance.

However, Sasha’s keeping a secret from Brando and will fight to keep him at a distance, so things will remain complicated!

In Nixon Falls, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will move forward with that dinner date Elijah Crowe (Dan White) wanted. However, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will make a rookie mistake of some sort.

Sonny doesn’t have all the expertise he needs since he can’t remember his old life, so look for him to blunder and perhaps botch his attempt to prove Elijah is shady.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will also have a big idea that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) isn’t going to like. It looks like Valentin will want to move in the Quartermaine mansion ahead of Brook Lynn’s special delivery.

Brook Lynn isn’t really pregnant, but she has to keep Valentin satisfied or else he won’t sign over her ELQ shares. While Valentin makes new demands, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will learn some shocking news related to her baby.

A doctor’s appointment will leave Maxie with a decision to make, and she’ll reluctantly let Peter in the loop.

At Pentonville, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will want to help an inmate in need. This might involve helping Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) score his freedom since he’s been locked up far too long for a crime he didn’t commit.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Jasper “Jax” Jacks (ingo Rademacher) will battle growing concerns about the danger Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is facing, so his feud with Carly will erupt. Jax’s priority will be protecting his daughter, but he won’t think Carly’s doing a good enough job.

As for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll have to shift her strategy. Will Sam change her tactic when it comes to helping Dante find Jason? Could Sam go back on her word entirely or just find a new approach to locating Jason’s hideout?

We’ll keep you in the loop as other GH updates emerge. General Hospital fans will see some highs and lows for several PC residents. CDL will have lots of other thrilling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so pop back in frequently.
