General Hospital (GH) Spoilers tease that in this week’s General Hospital preview for May 24 to may 28, all of Port Charles comes to a boiling point. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) gets her team ready to go on the attack – Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is fed up with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) – Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is in trouble – Cyrus cooks up hot plots with Peter August (Wes Ramsey), and things heat up romantically between Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Carly Corinthos Gets The Team Ready – Brando Corbin Fed Up – Willow Tait and Sasha Gilmore Catch Up
General Hospital viewers will recall that Carly has had her hands full with taking over for her presumed-dead husband Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and right-hand man Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) who’s on the run with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
General Hospital spoilers tease that Carly will call Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) for an assist, and it looks like she’s calling him and making sure that he has the team ready!
Carly, as the resident Corinthos Crime Family leader, is trying to take Cyrus down and get a handle on the whereabouts of Jason as well. But first, she has to get rid of Jason’s charges.
Meanwhile, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is fed up with Cyrus’ threats and especially those against his baby mama Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
Brando and Sasha will try to outwit the sneaky Cyrus this week, but for the time being, Brando tells Sasha that Cyrus can go to hell!
Later, Sasha and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will catch up. Willow is taken aback by the news that Sasha is pregnant. However, as General Hospital viewers know, Willow has nothing to worry about – the baby is not Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell), it’s Brando’s.
One person that wasn’t supposed to know this information was Cyrus, and unfortunately thanks to Brando’s blabbermouth mother Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) Cyrus knows Sasha is pregnant and probably has figured out Brando is the father in spite of Sasha’s denial.
Nina Reeves In Trouble – Cyrus Renault Meets With Peter August – Jason Morgan and Britt Westbourne Grow Closer
General Hospital viewers will also recall that Nina Reeves has been in Nixon Falls, Pennsylvania for a couple of months now, visiting her old friend and former nurse Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy).
Nina and the presumed-dead Sonny Corinthos have been getting closer, with Nina knowing who Sonny is but Sonny having amnesia and going by “Mike”, which of course was his late father Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) name.
Sonny was wearing his father’s watch but lost his suit coat which probably had his wallet and identification in it when he floated down the river and surfaced on a snowy riverbank where someone had discovered him.
Nina discovered him too, of course when she arrived.
Sonny stands in the Tan-O, the bar owned by Phyllis and her husband Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) and tells Lenny and the sheriff that Nina’s in trouble because of Elijah Crowe (Dan White).
General Hospital viewers will recall that Elijah is onto Nina and “Mike” after his office was broken into – and Sonny’s onto Elijah.
Meanwhile, back in Port Charles, Cyrus meets with Peter August (Wes Ramsey) after summoning him to his office. Cyrus and Peter have been working together, and Cyrus tells Peter that it looks like they both have more to do.
Something goes down because later in the week, Cyrus gets the upper hand.
Carly, who’s been doing her best to keep things copasetic apparently gets some bad news on that front as she cries out “NO” and appears devastated.
Across the Canadian border, things are heating up between Jason and Britt – the two obviously care for one another. GH spoilers were correct because now it looks like things are taking a romantic turn as Jason strokes her hair and Britt looks vulnerable.
