In tonight’s sMothered episode, it’s crawfish boil day at Lauren’s mom’s house. They are all there, hanging out as a family. They discuss how Lauren is having an IUI. She has been cleared by her fertile specialist. Lauren tells her grandfather all about it. She has to have a trigger shot prior. Laura Leigh wants to do it but Lauren’s mom, Lisa, wants to do it. Laura Leigh is a bit sad. Lisa thinks she is the mom so she should do it.
Meanwhile, Amy is on a date with her ex. They get to talking about their past. She shares she is fragile and scared. He thinks she pushes people away.
Dawn and Cher are off to Bell’s first dental appointment. They have dyed their hair blonde to match her hair. They are also dressed all in white. Their dentist thinks this is a bit much. This is a whole new level. As Cher gets in the chair with Bell she begins to cry.
Jason feels like Angelica and Sunhe have made him a stranger in his own home. They have taken over and Sunhe has taken his mom’s room. He finds Sunhe and his wife doing skin-to-skin with the baby. He makes a joke. Sunhe doesn’t appreciate it.
Jason brings an old shirt to the ladies for the baby to be wrapped in. Angelica sneezes. He feels weird with his wife and in his home. He defended cannon do this forever.
Amy comes home with Kai. She talks to Carina. She tries to explain that she needs to try with Kai. Carina is annoyed. He will hurt her. She has tried with him plenty. Carina then agrees to let them have space.
Laura Leigh and Lisa go to Lauren’s appointment with her. Laura Leigh is happy to be there. She asks the doctor if she could push the syringe in to help impregnate her. Lisa doesn’t like this but they go with it. After, Lauren wants to stay at the table for more than 10 minutes. Lisa agrees. When Lauren Leigh says the doctor knows best, they both look at her.
Cher Face-times with Jarrod after the dentist. He is upset she took Bell for her first visit without him there. He asks her to talk alone. He plans to visit this weekend and she fears he will make her go home. She cries after she gets off of the phone. Dawn comforts her.
