The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will soon cross paths with someone he recognizes. There’ll be an encounter between Finn and a face that’s familiar to him in a setting that’s not so familiar.
It sounds like B&B writers are finally giving Finn a past connection on canvas, so let’s consider the clues and think about who it might be. For starters, we know Finn will pay Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) a visit at Spencer Publications in the coming episodes.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn will want to discuss the boundaries that’ll be necessary moving forward. This will be Finn’s attempt to prevent any future issues where Liam crosses the line with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
However, what we really want to focus on here is the location. Spencer Publications would fit for this unfamiliar setting that’s being teased in Bold and the Beautiful spoilers. If that’s what this info’s getting at, we just need to figure out the person Finn might recognize there.
As luck would have it, Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) is finally set to pop up again on B&B. It turns out Shauna will also head for Spencer Publications – most likely to chat with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Could Shauna be the face that Finn recognizes?
It makes sense considering Finn is suddenly recognizing someone right as Shauna shows back up. That’s especially true since we know they’ll both have scenes at Spencer Publications.
It seems like Finn may have a past connection to Shauna, which stirs up even more intriguing questions.
If Finn and Shauna are indeed connected, how do they know each other? It’s worth mentioning that Finn and Shauna’s daughter, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), clearly didn’t know each other when they first met. If Finn also has a connection to Flo, it’s at least not one he’s in the loop on yet.
It’s possible Finn is another secret child of Shauna’s. B&B viewers know Shauna had a lot of wild hookups back in those days, so maybe she had a son she never told anyone about – not even Flo. Finn may have been given up for adoption, but he still could’ve connected with Shauna somewhere along the way.
On the other hand, Finn might be a former flame of Shauna’s! Perhaps Shauna seduced Finn at some point in their shared history. There could be some issues if Shauna scammed Finn in some way or if things didn’t end well between them.
Regardless, it’s a good idea for The Bold and the Beautiful to give Finn another link to the canvas since Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s maternity leave is coming up.
Tanner Novlan has filmed recently without Wood on set, so Finn will still have scenes even without Steffy around. Finn and Shauna may have another storyline coming up that ties in with Wyatt and Flo.
