The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Friday, July 23 Recap – Brooke Says Quinn Will Be Alone – Flo Sees Gorgeous Carter Appeal

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, July 23, reveals that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) declared that Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) was destined to be alone – and Flo Logan (Katrina Bowden) saw the appeal of gorgeous Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).

At Spencer Publications on Friday’s B&B episode, Quinn told Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) that there were no more secrets since they’d all been exposed.

After Quinn saw Carter’s text and dashed off, Wyatt talked to Flo about his mother’s weird behavior.

Flo had to take a “good for her” stance in some ways when it came to Quinn. After Flo talked about how gorgeous, smart and successful Carter was – especially the gorgeous part – she assured Wyatt that Carter wasn’t her type.

Flo wasn’t defending Quinn’s betrayal, but she could understand Quinn not feeling desired and why she tried to fulfill that basic human need.

Wyatt hoped he made Flo feel desired, so she offered reassurance on that. Flo felt what they had was special and felt lucky to have found Wyatt again.

The pair cracked some jokes about their future and shared a sweet kiss.

At Forrester Creations, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) pointed out that Carter’s advice was solid, but it made the divorce more complicated if Quinn was sticking around at the company.

Carter insisted he could take care of everything when it came to Quinn.

Brooke got updates on Carter convincing Eric Forrester (John McCook) to keep the jewelry line and thought it was terrible!

Ridge argued that it made sense financially, but Brooke countered that they could make money with a different designer.

However, Ridge felt like it’d take too long to start over with someone new. In the end, Brooke sighed and realized she was naïve to think they’d be rid of Quinn for good.

Quinn questioned Carter’s motives since he fought hard for Quinn, but Ridge suggested it was Carter’s job to advise them about financial matters.

Brooke thought it was a shame since she was looking forward to watching Quinn get kicked to the curb. She was at least glad to learn Quinn was banned from the building.

Ridge pointed out that Carter did them all a favor by showing them Quinn’s true colors, so Brooke agreed they owed him gratitude.

Brooke also felt that Quinn would be alone for the rest of her life. She declared that Quinn was incapable of loving anyone but herself.

At Carter’s loft, he admitted to Quinn that Eric wanted to end her jewelry line. Quinn was dismayed over the news that Eric hated her so much that he’d throw away years and years of her contribution to the company.

Carter acknowledged all Quinn’s hard work and admitted he convinced Eric to keep the line.

Quinn was blown away and nearly hugged Carter before stopping herself.

Quinn worried about Eric questioning Carter’s motives and reiterated that she wasn’t worth the risk, but Carter didn’t want to hear that kind of talk anymore. Carter took Quinn’s hands, so they ended up leaning in for some kisses.

Quinn pulled away since they both knew what this would lead to. She told Carter they had to stay strong and avoid temptation, but Carter wasn’t sure he could forget about Quinn like she asked.

Quinn thanked Carter for saving her jewelry line since it was like a second child to her. She gushed about all the emotions Carter brought out – and Carter felt the same way.

In fact, Carter had never felt like this about anyone before in his life. He wondered if it was love or lust, but Quinn suggested it was “just us” and wouldn’t have it any other way.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Carter and Quinn will pay the price for their continued involvement sooner or later, so stay tuned to B&B!
