The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, October 22, teases that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will lie about their relationship status while Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) make a pact for the sake of their blended family.
First on Friday’s B&B episode, it looks like curiosity will get the best of Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
Despite all the warnings to steer clear of Deacon and Sheila, how can Hope and Finn ignore the passionate display right in front of them?
That was quite a make-out session – and it certainly deserves a follow-up chat for an explanation. Of course, Sheila was hoping Finn and Hope would join them, so the plan will work like a charm from her perspective.
Sheila will just have to count on Deacon to be a decent actor and sell his role as the devoted man of her dreams.
Deacon barely even knows Sheila, so Hope won’t get why they would be all over each other in public.
However, Sheila and Deacon will act like they know each other far better than anyone might expect – as evidenced by their steamy kiss.
Deacon and Sheila will claim to be madly in love, so the news of their relationship status will be a lot for Hope and Finn to process.
Although Deacon won’t really approve of this crazy lie, he’ll go against his instincts and trust in Sheila’s ability as a schemer.
Deacon may worry this is going to backfire spectacularly, but there won’t be much he can do once Sheila creates this fictitious love story.
Sheila will rope Deacon into this bogus commitment, so he’ll feel like he has no choice but to play her game.
At the cliff house, Steffy and Liam will continue their conversation about protecting their children.
Since Steffy’s particularly worried about the threat Deacon and Sheila pose, she’ll vent about them and what might happen if they were to team up.
Liam will definitely agree that they have to take a stand against Sheila and Deacon. He’ll get how crucial it is to keep their marriages and kids safe, so Steffy will be glad they’re on the same page.
At Forrester Creations, Donna Logan (Heather Tom) will elaborate on the love declaration she just made.
Donna will insist that Eric Forrester (John McCook) heard right – that she still loves him and always will.
Donna will realize it may not change anything, but she’ll decide Brooke’s right and will come clean so that Eric at least knows where she stands.
Eric will be extremely moved over Donna’s intense feelings and how long she’s kept them buried. He won’t be prepared to walk away from Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), but Brooke will hope to change that soon enough.
It looks like Donna’s admission could shake some old feelings loose for Eric as well, so this could be the first step toward their reunion.
