The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is going to want to get some things straight with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
Ridge has been busy dealing with other things in recent days, but toward the end of the week of February 1-5, he’ll hear a major bombshell – that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is pregnant.
And just wait until Ridge learns that Steffy’s in another “who’s the father” situation! Ridge will surely have some choice words for Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) when the time comes for them to come face-to-face, but it seems that Ridge will first have a conversation with Finn about Steffy’s plight.
Worried papa Ridge will probably be concerned about what Steffy’s future is going to look like, especially if the baby turns out to be Liam’s.
Ridge might anticipate that Finn could bolt on Steffy if the paternity test reveals that Liam’s the father, and this makes some degree of sense since Ridge apparently doesn’t know Finn that well at this point.
Well, B&B spoilers indicate that Ridge and Finn will sit down for a talk, and Ridge will have some questions for Finn about his intentions with Steffy.
Ridge might tell Finn that Steffy deserves happiness, and that he’s worried about Steffy winding up a single mom to two kids while Liam goes off and makes his happy home with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Finn runs for the hills.
The good news here is that B&B spoilers say that Finn will have an open and straightforward talk with Ridge, during which he tells Ridge that he’s not going anywhere. Ridge will probably hear all about how Finn promised to be there by Steffy’s side, even if the baby turns out to be Liam’s.
More importantly, it seems that Finn will say the words that may ease Ridge’s worried heart – that is, Finn will tell Ridge that he’s not Liam.
Finn might point out that Liam was quick to bolt on Steffy when she thought that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) could be Kelly Spencer’s (Colette and Avalon Gray) father.
Finn will confidently tell Ridge that he’s not going to pull a “Liam” and abandon Steffy. Rather, Finn will say that he loves Steffy and that while she made a big mistake that hurt him deeply, he’s not about to abandon her under any circumstance.
That should do Ridge’s heart some good, and perhaps he’ll leave the conversation feeling like for the first time in a long time, Steffy’s in good hands.
It will be interesting to watch this conversation between Ridge and Finn go down, and Ridge will probably feel pretty relieved to know that Finn is going to stand by Steffy and lift her up at this time. It should be a heartwarming conversation for sure.
