The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) could soon be at war thanks to a Forrester power struggle. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) could end up stuck in his wife and daughter’s battle, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Brooke seemed intrigued and downright delighted at the thought of becoming co-CEOs with Ridge. That article’s headline was a happy accident and perhaps a stroke of genius from where Brooke’s standing.
It looks like Brooke has her eye on the Forrester throne, so she should be hoping to slide in Steffy’s spot – maybe temporarily at first due to Steffy’s maternity leave.
Of course, it’s doubtful Brooke will stop there! Once Brooke gets a taste of the Forrester power she’s craving, she certainly won’t want to give it up.
Brooke may hope she can permanently lead Forrester Creations with Ridge – making them quite the powercouple of fashion.
This could bring some big opportunities for Brooke, who’ll feel like Steffy should spend this time concentrating on her family anyway.
However, Steffy may not be so keen on a Logan becoming the new Forrester Creations queen.
Brooke was always a fierce enemy of Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylor) and has naturally sided with her daughter, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), in all her feuds with Steffy.
We also know Brooke refuses to fully trust Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and nearly killed him through that whole cliff fall incident.
Steffy has some good reasons to stand against Brooke, particularly if Brooke’s trying to steal her job!
This has all the makings of an exciting war if B&B will just take advantage of it. They could get some great drama out of this and leave Ridge caught in the mess.
While Steffy’s distracted by wedding plans and John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) parents, Brooke could position herself to run the show at Forrester for quite some time.
It’ll be up to Steffy to decide if she wants to fight back and end Brooke’s power trip.
