The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, April 8, tease that it’ll be a new day in this fictional version of LA, but it won’t make Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) feel any better about what happened last night. Liam won’t be quite as hysterical, but he’ll still battle guilt and growing concerns about getting caught.
B&B fans know Liam is very much against Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) decision to cover up his son’s role in Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) death. However, Bill feels this is what has to be done and will stand by that choice.
Bill thinks it’s too late to back out now anyway, so he won’t want to hear any more talk about Liam’s conscience and how terrible he feels about killing Vinny.
From this moment on, Bill will want Liam to put that night behind him and focus on his future with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle). Of course, Liam can’t just pretend like nothing ever happened.
How is Liam supposed to just live his life like he didn’t see Vinny take his last breath right in front of him? Liam will be stressed to the max and busy dealing with this crisis, so he’ll miss his lunch date with Hope as a result.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will face some worries when Liam’s a no-show. She knows how hard Liam’s been fighting to win her back, so Hope may assume Liam is in some sort of trouble.
Hope will at least realize Liam must be off doing something important, so she should grow increasingly concerned if Liam doesn’t answer her calls or texts.
Naturally, Bill’s bound to send Liam off to see Hope sooner or later. He may warn that Liam needs to behave normally or else this cover-up is never going to work.
Liam won’t be convinced they can actually pull this off – or that he even wants to hide the truth. Nevertheless, Bill will pressure Liam to stay quiet about Vinny’s deadly accident.
Liam will have to make up some excuse and lie to Hope about what he’s been doing, so this should be the beginning of a dangerous secret between them.
As for Bill, he’ll take more cover-up steps. Bill bagged up the clothes he was wearing along with Liam’s clothes, so he’ll need to get rid of them.
Bill also mentioned needing to get rid of the car, which seems like another risky choice. Isn’t it going to raise red flags if Bill suddenly replaces that vehicle?
It’s possible Bill will rethink that strategy – or this could be what trips Bill up later. Regardless, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Bill will make some daring moves and hope Liam never faces consequences for that nightmare on the road.
