The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Thursday, December 2, teases that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will fall prey to sympathetic Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) while Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) get closer.
At the hospital, Sheila will don some scrubs and slip into Finn’s office to force him into a conversation. Finn won’t think this is a good idea since Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) doesn’t want him anywhere near his birth mom, but Sheila will insist on having her say.
Of course, Sheila may want to see how Finn’s holding up after the bio dad bomb. Jack Finnegan (Ted King) lied to Finn for decades after having an affair with Sheila. Finn was the product of that betrayal, so Sheila will know he must be overwhelmed by his emotions and furious with his father.
However, Sheila may push Finn to cut Jack some slack. She’ll probably take credit for nudging Jack into telling the truth and argue that it’s not worth holding a grudge over the past. Sheila may argue that she could blame Jack for pressuring her to give up her child, but she’d rather spend her time focused on Finn in the here and now.
All Sheila wants is a fresh start with her son and hopefully her grandson, too. Sheila would love nothing more than to build a real bond with Finn and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot), but Steffy is still standing in the way of that.
Finn may point out that Steffy wouldn’t even approve of this discussion, but Sheila will beg for a chance to prove herself and may act like Jack deserves another one as well. If Sheila can get Finn to forgive Jack, then there’s hope for her own relationship with her beloved boy!
At Ill Giardino, Carter will appreciate the opportunity to hang out with Paris and strengthen their friendship over lunch, especially since Katie Logan (Heather Tom) had to bail on him. The more Carter gets to know Paris, the more he’s going to like her.
That could be a problem if Carter starts to want Paris as more than just a pal – and the same goes for Paris since she seems a bit too interested in Carter. Paris and Carter’s storyline is rather odd, so we’ll see where things go from here!
In the meantime, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will have to clarify how she truly feels about Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). Although Brooke may tell Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) he’s the only man for her, she can’t deny that she felt something for Deacon once and perhaps always will since he’s Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) dad.
B&B spoilers say Ridge will pour his heart out on Thursday’s episode. Ridge will push Brooke to believe her protection is his main concern and that’s why he just can’t budge when it comes to dangerous Deacon.
Alas, Brooke won’t back down either, so this is building to a risky stalemate for “Bridge.” We’ll bring you updates as other B&B news emerges.
