The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, September 21, reveals that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) locked up for office passion – and Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) deal amazed Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards).
At Forrester Creations on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Shauna saw Quinn glowing and figured Eric’s bedroom troubles were over. Quinn swore Shauna to secrecy and gushed about Eric’s commitment to her happiness.
Shauna was floored when Quinn admitted that Eric pushed her to sleep with Carter. Quinn revealed that once she got past the shock, she indeed slept with Carter and enjoyed it.
Although Quinn and Carter resisted initially, Quinn explained that they caved in after Eric sent her to Carter’s place. She filled Shauna in on the awkward aftermath since she went home to Eric, who held her in bed.
Shauna thought it sounded like living a fantasy and planned to live vicariously through Quinn.
Meanwhile, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) talked to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) about her recent visit to see Eric, who was still all alone at the Forrester mansion.
Brooke and Katie were in agreement about Quinn being selfish and not deserving all the defending Eric did.
Katie dropped a hint about potential intimacy problems, so Brooke was surprised. After Katie speculated that perhaps Eric was fretting over Carter and making comparisons, she wondered if maybe they were missing something.
Katie didn’t get why Eric would support Quinn being out while he was battling loneliness and felt more was going on than any of them knew.
At the Forrester mansion, Carter arrived at Eric’s request. Eric hoped to clear the air since he knew Carter and Quinn slept together. He also felt this was how it had to be for Quinn’s sake and knew Carter loved Quinn as well.
Eric just wanted to be sure that Carter never considered Quinn his and never told anyone – particularly Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) – about their arrangement, so Carter accepted those terms.
Once Carter was gone, Eric remained pensive as he gazed at Quinn’s portrait on the wall.
Back with Carter, he met up with Quinn at the office – where the Carter was instructed to lock the door. Neither one of them could get their hot encounter out of their heads.
Quinn was still struggling to fathom Eric pushing them to do this and admitted her love for both men before making out with Carter.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Quinn and Carter will land in hot water thanks to Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) upcoming plan, so stay tuned.
