The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Thursday, June 3, teases that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will face pressure to rat out Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), but his silent strategy will bring more trouble. Meanwhile, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) won’t be able to contain her vengeful rage, so Thursday’s episode will deliver some gripping scenes.
After Hope leaves the police station, she’ll make a beeline for Bill’s office. Bill will seethe over Liam going behind his back to confess, but Hope will want Bill to shut up and listen! This will be Hope’s chance to really rip into Bill for the nightmare he’s caused for Hope and Liam’s family.
Although Hope can understand how Bill thought he was protecting Liam, good intentions don’t matter when Liam’s sitting in a jail cell. Hope will no doubt point out that Liam got tripped up during his interrogation.
B&B fans know Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) grilled Liam about where the damaged car went. He also wanted to know what happened to the wallet and cell phone Liam supposedly stole off Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero).
Bill was actually the one who got rid of the proof and made this look like a crime instead of a simple accident. Liam could help himself out if he explained that he passed out and awoke after Bill had fled the scene.
It wouldn’t completely undo the damage, but Baker at least needs to know Liam didn’t launch the cover-up scheme himself. Hope will explode at Bill for putting Liam in this horrible situation and may push him to take responsibility since Liam won’t rat him out.
Then again, Hope might worry Bill will just make everything worse if he goes to Baker. Liam has already given one version of events, so having Bill come in with another one might present more problems.
Regardless, Bill’s going to do whatever he wants as usual. It won’t matter whether anyone else approves or not!
After Bill deals with Hope’s explosive outburst, he’ll head back to the police station and demand to see Baker. The deputy chief may not be surprised by Bill’s return under the circumstances, but first thing’s first.
Liam will have to face more questions – perhaps once he’s lawyered up like he wanted or maybe while he’s waiting on his attorney.
Either way, silence will be Liam’s strategy from now on. Liam won’t surrender any incriminating Bill information no matter how hard Baker tries to pry it out of him.
Bill will do his best to put the blame back on himself as the week winds down, but Baker’s going to get some frustrating, conflicting stories.
