While Shauna mulls over her next move, Carter will feel like he’s drowning in regrets. The guilt will really hit Carter hard during a discussion with Eric Forrester (John McCook), who may express some regrets of his own.
Eric might acknowledge that he pushed Quinn away when she was trying hard to get intimate again. He may gush about how patient and loyal Quinn was – never daring to turn to another source of comfort and steamy support.
Carter couldn’t resist temptation and landed in bed with Quinn during her marriage woes. He may feel like he took advantage of the situation as Eric explains his point of view.
