The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, March 30, teases that a fight will break out between Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). B&B viewers know Ridge was impressed by Brooke’s part in Flo Logan’s (Katrina Bowden) recent name change.
Although Brooke hasn’t reached a place of full forgiveness when it comes to Flo, she still wanted to do something nice for her and honor Storm Logan’s (William deVry). That’s why it’ll be upsetting when Brooke insists on attacking Ridge’s son.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has been doing and saying all the right things, so Ridge will feel like he deserves a clean slate.
Ridge won’t think Thomas is a threat to Hope anymore, but Brooke will disagree – particularly now that Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) marriage to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is in jeopardy.
Hope decided she wanted a separation, but Brooke will still be rooting for Hope and Liam to sort through their problems. She won’t want Thomas doing anything that might cause more problems, especially not if it means reverting to Thomas’ fixated, manipulative ways.
While Brooke and Ridge argue about whether Thomas has really changed for the better, Thomas will once again prove that he has. Hope will need some help in a discussion with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), who’ll surely want answers about where Liam is and what’s happening to their family.
Hope may have to explain that there are some grown-up issues to work through and add that it’s best if they do that apart. Of course, Hope won’t want Douglas feeling like he’s to blame or that Liam loves him any less.
Douglas’ reaction to Hope’s explanation will probably get her choked up, so Thomas will take the lead on this eventually.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will reassure Douglas about the situation and explain it like only Daddy can! Hope will be moved by how helpful Thomas is and by the strong bond he shares with his little boy.
Once this conversation winds down, Hope will offer her gratitude to Thomas for stepping up when she needed him.
Afterward, Thomas will stumble upon the fight between Brooke and Ridge. He’ll eavesdrop for a moment and realize he’s the source of conflict, so he’ll be ready to intervene.
B&B fans can expect Thomas to defend himself by midweek, but Brooke will stand her ground when it comes to worrying Thomas might become fixated with Hope more.
