The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wednesday, August 11 Recap – Steffy Slaps Sheila – Ridge Accuses Finn of Using Daughter

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, August 11, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) slapped Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) after a heated confrontation – and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) accused John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) of using his daughter.

At the Forrester mansion on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Sheila acted like Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) was delusional for thinking this was some kind of long-term con.

Sheila insisted that she got to meet her son today and gained a daughter, but Steffy certainly wouldn’t accept that.

Sheila argued that Finn was the one who convinced her to come to the reception, but Brooke felt Sheila manipulated him.

Steffy maintained that Sheila couldn’t be Finn’s mother, but Jack Finnegan (Ted King) confirmed Sheila came to him when Finn was a baby – though he made it clear she should stay away.

Jack assured Ridge and the others that although he knew there was bad blood, he didn’t know the extent of it. Ridge thought it was time to tell every single detail about the infamous Sheila Carter.

Ridge said the first thing Finn should know is that this woman should be in prison, but Sheila piped up that she served her time. Eric Forrester (John McCook) suggested that Sheila hadn’t served enough!

Brooke reflected on all Sheila’s lies, manipulations and shootings. That “shootings” part left Finn in shock, but Ridge wasn’t sure he bought his new son-and-law’s surprise. Ridge wanted to trust Jack and especially Finn, but he was struggling with this coincidence.

“Tell me right now you weren’t using my daughter,” an accusatory Ridge warned Finn. After Finn insisted he laid eyes on Sheila for the first time today, Ridge remained worried that Finn was protecting Sheila.

Ridge asked once again if Finn used his daughter and planned all this. Steffy begged Finn to tell her he wasn’t involved, so he assured his new wife he knew nothing at all.

Eric thought they should get into Sheila’s dark and sordid history, so Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) decided it was probably time to leave with Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) and Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez).

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) said he’d go get Hayes Forrester Finnegan until all of this was over.

Sheila was excited over her grandson being in the house and wanted to see Hayes before Thomas took him out. Steffy didn’t want Sheila speaking Hayes’ name and insisted that meeting was never going to happen.

Eric let Finn know that Steffy wasn’t overreacting and added that Thomas would’ve died as an infant if Sheila had her way.

Sheila scoffed about them taking that threat seriously and argued that she never would’ve harmed Thomas.

Eric ranted about Sheila drowning, shooting and poisoning Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery), but Sheila blamed her actions on the harsh treatment she’d received from the Forrester clan.

Eric thought he saw good in Sheila once upon a time and knew that she loved him in her own twisted way, but he felt it was toxic and called her sick.

Finn was trying to wrap his head around all this, but Brooke didn’t think there was any point in trying.

Even so, Finn thought that maybe prison had changed Sheila – that she might’ve turned over a new leaf. Steffy didn’t think Finn grasped the gravity of the situation, so she pointed out the worst thing Sheila did was shoot her mom.

Steffy ranted about how she thought her mother was dead and lost years with Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) because of Sheila.

Sheila denied ever meaning to shoot Taylor, but Brooke piped up that she was shot that night as well. After a flashback, Brooke talked about how obsessed Sheila was – how she wanted to be part of this family and now she was.

“No, she’s not,” Steffy corrected. Finn disagreed since this was his birth mom, but Jack argued that Finn’s mom was Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).

However, Sheila insisted that they wouldn’t have a son if it weren’t for her – that she carried Finn in her womb and gave him life.

Sheila felt that was a bond that they’d never break and added that she’d always have a connection with Finn as well as Hayes.

When Sheila reiterated that she didn’t come to cause trouble, Steffy said that was “bull.” She argued that Sheila knew exactly what she was doing and didn’t care about Finn.

Steffy thought Sheila only wanted to cause chaos, but she refused to let Sheila spoil her wedding and marriage.

After Steffy shouted that Sheila would never be part of this family, she added that she never wanted to see Sheila’s face again and gave her a hard slap. Sheila offered a smirk in response.

At Forrester Creations, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) cut Sheila out of a photo since Eric still looked good in it. She said it was rather cathartic and dumped the rest of the Sheila pics in the garbage.

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) was hopeful that a bad memory was all Sheila would ever be.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila won’t rest until she carves out a spot in Finn’s life, so there’s much more drama to come.
