The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) may cheat with Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) and rekindle the old flame of desire between them. Abby might end up betraying Chance Chancellor (last played by Donny Boaz) with Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) secret captor, so let’s discuss the drama ahead.
It’s obvious Stitch is slowly trying to worm his way back into Abby’s heart. Stitch started by asking Abby to attend that retirement party at Memorial with him, but she politely declined the invitation. However, Stitch had more success when he asked for help looking at some furnished apartment.
You’d think a grown man could handle that without his ex’s assistance, but the truth is Stitch just wanted to spend time with Abby and pull her closer.
As Y&R fans saw, Stitch pulled off his goal. Based on Abby’s facial expressions, her feelings toward Stitch seem to be shifting.
When Stitch first resurfaced, Abby seemed somewhat unsettled and felt sorry for him. Now they’re growing closer and falling back into a familiar groove.
Abby also appreciates the support Stitch has been offering throughout this Mariah ordeal, but what if Stitch is the reason it’s even happening?
If Stitch kidnapped Mariah and is holding her hostage as expected, that’s a shocker that’ll hit hard for Abby down the road. Of course, it’ll be even worse if Abby falls back into bed with Stitch.
That’s becoming a very real possibility since Stitch is around to get sparks flying again while Chance is off who knows where doing who knows what.
Chance is doing some vague “save the world” mission, but Stitch is right there in Genoa City to prey on lonely, vulnerable Abby.
Abby has certainly been part of cheating storylines in the past, so this may be her latest one. Will Abby surrender to temptation and hook up with Stitch again?
That’d clearly be a dream come true for the doc, but it could turn into a total nightmare for Abby.
Not only would it mean breaking her marriage vows to Chance, Abby might later have to deal with the fact that she slept with a stalker creep!
If Stitch is indeed holding Mariah captive, the twist should horrify Abby and make her wish Stitch had never set foot back in Genoa City.
