The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) will reunite at the ranch, so these old Vegas friends will have a lot to say after Chance’s homecoming. Let’s talk about Chance’s return and how it’ll affect Adam along with other characters around town.
Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will be instrumental in finally bringing Chance back to Genoa City where he belongs. Chance will be found alive and well, so it looks like he managed to avoid the explosion in Valencia entirely.
Y&R fans can expect a hero’s welcome and a party where Chance looks as handsome as ever. There’ll apparently be no sign of physical injury, though some psychological and emotional wounds are possible.
It can take a toll going undercover for months at a time, but it seems Chance will be in good spirits and pretty much his old self when he comes home – other than the actor’s new face of course!
Nevertheless, Chance will make the rounds and reunite with everyone who’s eager to see him.
Adam will certainly be on that list since he considered Chance a friend before his presumed death. Y&R viewers will recall that Adam saved Chance’s life in Vegas – and then Chance returned the favor by taking a bullet for Adam in GC.
When Adam learned Chance was “dead,” he felt like he’d have to tell Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor about what a hero his dad was someday. Adam didn’t let himself get too emotional, but he was clearly upset over the loss.
Fortunately, Adam will share a warm reunion that brings a smile to his face. He’ll be able to catch up with Chance and express how grateful he is to see him again.
Chance should be glad to see Adam has turned over a new leaf, so that’ll be something else to discuss.
Adam doesn’t have a ton of pals, especially male ones who can lend an ear on romantic troubles and other important issues.
It’s good that Chance will be back in the mix so he can listen to Adam’s problems and vent his own problems in exchange.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will welcome Chance home along with Adam, so there’ll be plenty of warm moments as they all revel in what this means for Abby and Dominic.
Chance, Abby and Dominic now have an opportunity to be a family, so Adam and Victor will be thrilled for the three of them.
