Y&R fans know Ashland’s been selling a sad story about his abusive, rotten childhood – which may or may not be true.
Regardless, Ashland’s latest tale doesn’t offer the full picture. There are still things in Ashland’s past that he’s unwilling to admit – like his real name or the true identities of his parents.
Of course, we also know Ashland’s been receiving unsettling texts from someone connected to his past. Ashland was hoping to outrun his history and the horrible secrets he’s covered up, but that won’t be possible for much longer.
Jesse is the one sending these ominous texts, but he obviously doesn’t like being ignored. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jesse will ultimately up the ante by showing up in Genoa City to confront Ashland.
You can bet Ashland will lash out since Jesse’s presence alone could raise suspicions and spark questions. Ashland will want Jesse to hightail it out of town ASAP, but Jesse will refuse to leave empty-handed.
It turns out Jesse knows terrible things that Ashland is desperate to keep quiet. In fact, Jesse will hope Ashland is desperate enough to pay $3 million just to keep his deepest, darkest secrets under wraps.
Ashland will no doubt fume when he realizes Jesse has the upper hand. There’s bound to be a heated showdown, but Jesse will feel like he’s got Ashland right where he wants him.
Jesse will make it clear that Ashland’s going to pay up or else he’s going to bring Ashland’s world tumbling down!
