The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Billy Fired – Lily Runs ChancComm Solo After Jill’s Bold Shakeup?

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Billy Fired - Lily Runs ChancComm Solo After Jill's Bold Shakeup?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) may get fired while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is left to run ChancComm solo. Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is set to make a bold shakeup after her return to Genoa City, so could that involve kicking Billy out the door?

Y&R fans know Jill refused to let Billy handle ChancComm on his own. Jill was wise to put Lily in charge along with Billy since it’s obvious the latter can’t be trusted.

Lily has proved her worth in more ways than one, but she’s been particularly helpful in controlling some of Billy’s worst impulses and talking him off the ledge.

However, Billy is letting his Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) obsession creep back in again.

What started out as a mission to expose Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) turned into a mission to throw Adam behind bars. Somehow it always comes back to big, bad Adam for Billy!

Lily knows trouble could be brewing due to Adam and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) planned attack on ChancComm.

Lily doesn’t want to leave the company vulnerable, but Billy always seems to take any strategy they come up with further than necessary.

During the week of November 1-5, Lily will once again find Billy’s maneuvers questionable. She’ll wonder if Billy’s really handling things as well as he could and may spark a fight by asking if Billy’s tactics are the right ones.

This will tie in with Billy and Lily’s special visitor since Gaines will show up at their apartment door in the week ahead.

It’s tough to imagine Y&R letting Billy outsmart the great Victor Newman, so Victor should emerge victorious when he tricks his rival.

Gaines will act like he’s barely escaped with his life and will plead with Billy to hide him from the Newmans.

Gaines might urge Billy to publish some bogus version of the story – leading ChancComm to ruin their reputation and credibility when Newman Media publishes hard facts to disprove it.

Whatever the case, Victor is setting a trap that could destroy ChancComm using Gaines. Victor will exploit Billy’s desire to sink Adam and could create quite a crisis for the company.

This could be what first prompts Jill’s upcoming November sweeps return.

Jill’s going to make some major business moves once she comes around again. We’ll also see Billy and Lily’s relationship tested, so there’s the potential for Jill to cut Billy loose.

Jill might decide Billy is a liability after his latest stunt and count on Lily to keep running ChancComm by herself.

Lily has enough experience by now and has proven herself competent, but Billy may think Jill’s trying to turn him into a scapegoat.

Nevertheless, it’s clear that Billy will only have himself to blame if he gets sacked! The only reason Victor even wants revenge is because Billy targeted Adam through a vicious exposé first.

It’s high time Billy faced some consequences for his actions, so watching Billy get fired sounds appealing.

If Lily stays on the throne while Billy gets thrown off it, that could shift the power dynamics of their relationship and cause trouble.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say some surprises are in store once Jill flies back to Genoa City, so keep watching.
