The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, March 26, tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have a tense showdown with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
Rey really needs to be home resting since he nearly died from thallium poisoning, but he won’t be willing to do that – not when he believes Adam deserves to be brought to justice.
Rey might already have a warrant thanks to DA Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc) help with the judge. That could lead to Rey searching the place and perhaps finding evidence that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) planted.
Adam will reel when he realizes he’s a suspect in this poisoning case, but there apparently won’t be enough proof for an arrest just yet. After Rey hurls accusations and makes some vengeful promises, he’ll leave and so will Adam.
We might see Adam reach out to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) to see where she stands on all this.
Although Sharon will be defending Adam to everyone else, she’ll no doubt push for honesty if they get a moment alone. Sharon will want reassurance that Adam had nothing to do with Rey’s ordeal, so this could be Adam’s chance to provide that reassurance and mention the text setup, too.
Regardless, Chelsea will get some time to herself on Friday, March 26. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will relax her muscles and do a little stretching. It’s hard work pretending she can barely move, so Chelsea will drop the charade since she’ll be alone.
Chelsea will even smirk as she thinks about Adam’s misery, but Adam will return just in time to bust her! Y&R fans know Adam has already battled suspicions about Chelsea’s secret recovery, but he’ll see evidence of it with his own eyes.
Once Adam realizes Chelsea is indeed faking her lack of progress, he’ll have to mull over whether he’s going to confront Chelsea or manipulate her through what he’s learned.
In the meantime, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will find out some disturbing news regarding her family. Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) will offer a shocking story and once again insist she needs Amanda’s help.
This will apparently be about seeking Amanda’s legal services, but it’ll put her in a tight spot. The case will lead to a serious conflict of interest and leave Amanda torn about whether she should pitch in.
Nevertheless, Naya will be desperate, so she’ll definitely rev up the pressure and hope for the best.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will need someone to talk to, so he’ll turn to Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway).
Devon will get updates on Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) embryo transfer, so he’ll keep his fingers crossed along with Abby about Mariah’s pregnancy.
However, this visit will really be about Devon’s messy love life. Devon will admit he’s conflicted about his new feelings for Amanda and old love for Elena Dawson (Bryton James).
Abby will hear about the cheating blowup and offer some advice, so Devon should appreciate the way she’s got his back without judgment.
